tee chee chiang dispose the last of his shares at about 73 cts..he was the CEO...ON 15 DEC 2014 MR tea the new md started to buy at 52 cts till today still buying ..not yet touch 70 cts..
you must assume that mr tee is stupid to sell at 73 cts and mr tai keikhock sold at rm 1 also stupid..

we are not dependent of dow now...i am more inclined to think..when analayst talk about their 2015 prediction and RERATING of tech stocks come next week only tech stocks can move..for now until next year i dont expect much except maybe window dressing on 30 and 31st..mayb i throw some on 31st..generally i am waiting for the RERATING

just to recap jubilee wee bought about 20 million shares at rm 1 for about 20 per cent share..
now they are buying ..at at yesterday they bought 3 million shares at average cost of 60 cst..
nettt nett as at today their share is rought at rm 90cts a shares unless they buy another 20 million from the market
if they trigger the 33 per cent threshold the have to do a GO
now at what price would it be attractive for people to buy
the rights is 3 for 2 after consolidation..
assume they push to 70 cts ..
you have to buy 4 shares to be consolidated into 2 at 2.80 plus the 3 shares a t 1.50
therefore your 7 shares is worth 4.30 or 60cts a shares ex the rights issues lplus the free warrant
so 80 cts or 90cts or more..they will push to 1]recover their investment of about 90 cts as at today..2]must be attractive to tangkap sui yee
