@moneymatters ..yes..i agree..it occurs in mature markets...all the more we shouldnt allow IBs to do such activities here...do u not see the conflict of interests? they can issue call or put warrants/options and with the access to substantial funds, they can "move" the price to their advantage...no?

warrants should only be issued by companies, not investment banks.... total conflict of interests
