1 more important point to note.....

I admire AA business model in which they take customer money 1 year(at least 6 months) in ADVANCE before they delivered the service which can give AA ample time to fully occupy/sell all the seats in a flight.
In such way, AA will have guaranteed 1 year advance business year after year and thus they will know early how to expand the company to accommodate the future business....

I do believe it can trade at RM 5 and above....as long as AA is spawning profits year after year (with increase profit), RM 5 will not be a hard target.....
not everything in business can be explain by just looking at current year a/c......business is about growth. if growth is consistent and can overcome debt into profit, for me, that is a very good healthy growing profitable business. to borrow BullBear words, only time will tell....:)

I think most people here dun believe in u.......if u say AAX (which is new) then most people agree the price might fall in short term while long term is yet to be see.......

for AA......it has proven it can take the storm and come out stronger...3 years ago, after i observe TF managing style and business tactics, I tell everyone tat AA will definitely trade at RM 2 and above but nobody believe me(tat time only RM 1++)

AS LONG AS TF is still managing the company and he still have the hunger (which he still have today), AA will definitely trade more higher than RM 4 in near future.........dun believe ? only time will tell....:)

If BullBear thinks tat AA should just wait for those group of people to board the flight, tat means HE DOESN'T KNOW how AA business model work.

MAS can afford 1 delay flight and not affecting other flights due to huge workforce and plane sitting idle/available/standby for servicing the same destination.

AA on the other hand, use mostly ONLY 1 plane( while changing flight captain) to service each destination for the whole day. so, they can't afford to delay even 1 flight due to avoidable reasons (which will affect the next flight). thus, they must be very competent and strict on time management. AND this is how AA manage to make money by using small workforce to maximize profits.

and those who complained due to the counter was closed 1 hour before flight, think again....

while the airline have flown MILLIONS of people around for 10 years, how come only few who complains of being denied flight due to late check-in ?? DIDN'T u know the timing of check-in period and last boarding cut-off time ??

are u asking hundreds of people who on the same flight to wait for u due to ur lateness ?? (and causing avoidable flight delay)

please la.......time wait for no men/women......=.="

while i was sympathy with those who denied flight, I was more concern with those on board of the flight which will exposed to health hazard if they are allowed to board......

what AirAsia do (i mean preventing flight for the sick) is a right thing to do....IF u and ur family (especially kids) are the same flight with those who are sick with contagious disease and allowed to join in the same flight, what will u do ?? dun tell me u will be smiling, giving blanket, caring for them while they on the journey home with u ??? please be reasonable when complaining.

There are things which involved safety of majority under your care, should not be taken lightly.....eg. flight delayed/canceled during storm/bad weather, disease prevention, etc.....

can u imagined if the airlines have allowed this to go through and encounter problems later, how much trouble/monetary lose will they be facing due to summons, penalties, licensing, and many more to comes ??

IF tat is the case, then I think all airlines in INDON will have a very very big problem.....especially MALINDO cos they can't delay/cancelled the flight....soon....INDON people will have to use boat (provided they dun sue boat company for delays also) for travel bcos airlines give up on INDON sue to high risk business.....lol

actually i agree with the report from CIMB.....this report do speak out my mind on "MALINDO threat to AirAsia". AirAsia had successfully build up a brand and company so strong, which incorporates into most air travelers which they(AA) afford to give discounts year after year on flights......for newcomers(MALINDO), do they have the resources to compete for long term which will affect their profitability (or even loss) ? how long can they sustain their loss ??

from the business model perspective especially on airline business, Malindo will not make it long without someone continuously pumping money into this company. Malindo have the advantage by having Malaysian govt supports but can it really pose a serious challenge to AirAsia in long terms ? I think the company(Malindo) will not even survive in long term(especially without govt help)

IF u apply such research for risk in any company in BURSA KLSE, the results will be.....u will not investing any cents in it due to all the company are having some sorts of debts and risk of losing future business.

even MAEMODE ( with govt projects backing) also need to close shop due to un-managable debts. In business, the different is how well the company is managing their debts and be a good paymaster...

i think no other forumer here do so much researches and followings on 1 company which is so much details and updates almost 24 hours a day other than BullBear.....=.="

for AAX, short term, we might not see profit projections/ dividends because the real picture of the whole AAX is not yet emerge. I think we can re-evaluate the business model of AAX after 2 years from now, whether it's profitable or loss making.....

seriously speaking......most if not all, IPO issued and raised, are used to pay their debts.........if the company have good profit margin year after year with so much cash and no debts, do u think they need IPO ??
