Major shareholders improve EPS of their shares using company money, not own money, instead of using it to pay dividends which many minority shareholders prefer. 15% limit for SBB should be reduced ti 5%. SBB is not liked in other developed countries.

Think USD 500m loan of cimb bank as good as gone. The Spore company liabilities is USD4 billion but has asset at only USD700 million only. Sure has impact on this year profit.
