^The awards it had before FWP already justifies a share price of RM2.60. This is EXCLUDING any FWP revenue. Now it is back to close to RM2.60 again, which is already zero assumption of FWP. Foreigners keep selling like they have lost the entire contract (RM80 mil in 2 years/ net profit RM50-60 mil) but until today no announcement made that causes MYEG to lose it. In fact, management just said last Friday after being asked by an analyst from a major bank that FWP revenue CONFIRMED WILL BE RECEIVED by company as government decided to absorb the FULL COST of it. And recent news in March said take up rates already exceeding 60%. Even with 60% conservative take up rates (i am sure will increase when it is free), it justifies another 60-65 mil revenue. stock price TP still deserves 3.40- 3.50.. People afraid cause the selldown is so big and quick..I agree...normally not a good sign. But I have seen it happened before. Sometimes manipulated by a party to get massive shares cheap before goreng.. to those which have this shares, pls hold it and just wait for the news to confirm..as long as not yet announce no reason to suddenly kaput.

I have read Alex's posts. Many of his predictions are wrong unlike GEMS in KLSE by Alphtrader. How can you ask a remisier to do analysis? He is not an analyst no does he have CFA qualification. He is nobody, to be honest. Many of this doomsday people only see the bad side in MyEG because they neevr had MYEG shares. My mother herself is a user of MYEG. She owns an oil palm plantation in Johor and employs 30 Indon workers. Previously have to pay RM6k to renew (RM200 each) using runner, now only pay RM1,140 which she did last month using MYEG. SO cheap and not mafan at all. Less than one hour using smartphone can finish liao!!

Now that I hear government is gonna absorb all cost of course a bit tulan la cause mother paid RM1,140 ready whereas she can get it free starting from next month (wait for official announcement to state when)..but nevermind..a lot more will surely use after this. Especially all the kiamsap people or DAP strong fan because now free ready ma. Who doesnt want free stuff?

Yes, indeed it has been hinted in the conference call last Friday. Gov. will absorb it, after all it is small spenditure for rakyat..gov can increase MP pay just like that, what is giving 80 million to MyEG? Somore not all will be 100% taken-up what..if 100%= RM3.90 stock price ready...even if 60-70% stock price deserve way above RM3..only 50-60 million expenditure from Gov..market will realize this when government confirm it.

I am very very confident government will absorb it and will make decision once for all in their coming meeting soon...Stay tuned..if stock can tumble 10% in days..why can't it fly back 3 ringgit. End of month sure 3 ringgit, stay tuned

ya accumulation period. A lot of foreign funds is the one selling, I found out from some fund managers not a single local fund selling, so nothing to worry. Most foreigners like I mentioned before, sell first and ask questions later upon any small bad news. But the news itself is sohai as we know FWP will be absorbed by government but no officially announced yet. Also Johnnycash is right, they will get a GST contract soon, nothing to worry about the prospects at all. Selling should stop by this evening. TQ.

Based on TA for immediate rebound need to hold up above 2.60..2.60 crucial for 50-day tracking..If tomorrow can close above 2.60 got strong hope. May open lower and can collect from there. see what happens lo.

How come China Press report so positive. Also most of the sellers are probably not local and are foreign funds which may not know about the locality and politics of this country that well. The Edge and Malaysiakini, owned by Datuk Tong is pro-Opposition and it has been overly negative and very harsh to MyEG to echo the Opposition sentiments (can be because of jealousy, not being part of the huating ) you name it. If Tong has MyEG shares, you think he dares report all that ah. As a Finance and Political Science double major Ivy League graduate, I ask you all to examine this and think logically first, is the selloff warranted in the first place?

A lot of selling..But I am not fearful at all because for sure next results will be better. Last results was def the worst on this year..alrdy priced in the downfall..2 ringgit is very strong support..as long as above it can hold on..may stay flat for a while until all sellers gone..but can rebound very quickly. just relax and dont try to time it..I personally think 2.20 before next results is not too much to ask.

Also guys who know me here know I have over 500% profit from Ifca..recently I accumulate a lot of MyEG shares, especially today. Will buy more tomorrow also. Although upside is not much (20-25%) if good news come out (absorption of FWP) still a decent return in next few months so something I recommend here to those who want to expose their portfolio to tech stocks.

This Wan Junaidi most probably talk rubbish without thinking of the consqeuences and foreign funds unload now whereas the fundamentals of MyEG has not changed at all. Hahaha nothing to fear at all. Just a rumor in that news, nothing has even changed and in fact, MyEG might already be in negotiations for another contract, who knows. This is all just to feed the public and satiate complains. In reality, it would be too difficult for any companies to replace MyEG, even if there is competition. The advantages MyEG bares renders it too defensive to be brought down so fast. Steady ladies and gentlemen, this news is nothing to fear at all.
