the last one was announced on 10 march 2014 where a director... Yong Nam Yun (nama cam jenama perawatan ubat kepala botak ... hehe) who disposed 4m units on 6 march 2014 

but glotec's price has range from 5.5 cents to 14 cents... trading day from 1st august till now , 22th august 2014 

hard for me to understand why there is still no disclosure ... or I cant comprehend no one is buyin or selling between them? 

1. Are they not playin along? 
2. Why not dump some and buy it back at lower price, and take some profits, buy any of their needs?
