Actually in my view, only property counters with recurring income can maintain their share price in the current market condition. The current glut in property market will take years to recover. Until then, counters like MK Land will continue to have their share price depressed. It's a battle of holding power. How long can MK Land sustain its operation when it could not launch any meaningful project and having to pay interest for its land bank? Not only developers, there are many property investors holding their guts out. My gut feel is that the property market have not seen its worse yet. How long can these people hold?.....

VT came to the rescue after 4pm today? Selling momentum was gaining traction a few minutes to 4pm and it looks like even 2.50 was unable to hold. Then suddenly a few minutes after 4pm, all the shares were mopped up by VT... Will this continue tomorrow?

Rm4m profit. They need to do this for 11 quarters to recover the RM80m tax penalty, after netting off gain from sale of Perak Land for RM32m....

It the price falls below .26, it will go lower. .26 is a 5 year low.

One of the problems why the price is still stagnating is that there are too many shares issued below the 'par value' (granted there are no more par value now). You can see that the NAV per share has dropped from .1382 in Dec 2016 to .1310 in Mar 2017 despite the company making RM2.6m for the quarter. The other problem is there is a break in the revenue growth trend, which may not be well received by investors. I feel this company is fairly valued now, whether it will go up depends on its next quarterly performance. It's good to hear XOX has plan to expand regionally. Hopefully this will show come positive income in the coming quarters. Good to see that it has pared down its debts. This is a very unwelcome item in the balance sheet for company with razor thin profit margin like XOX.

Volume is getting lower. This stock will go to sleep mode. Unless management can deliver spectacular result.

Wow! AAX fell back to where I left off. I regretted I didn't hold when it went up to above 0.50. I still believe in the turnaround story of AAX. I will go in again.

This stock is trading a very steep discount. Most penny stocks now are at very high value. It's a matter of time before the big crash will come. Once that happens, it will take a long time for retailers come back. Will MK Land had the chance to rebound before the shit hits the fan?

RM80m divided by 1.205b shares = 6.6 sen per share. That is how bad this share will be hit if IRB had their way. The net gain from disposal of land in Perak earlier was RM32m divided by 1.205b shares = 2.66 sen per share. So the theoretical net effect is 4 sen per share. So the drop (3 sen) after the announcement for IRB tax is about there fundamentally.

Fundamentally Frontkn is still a good counter. It's true its price has been pushed up recently by day traders and sharks. Still at today's valuation, it is still good. It is still trading below book value. PE is still undemanding. So this stock still have room to grow theoretically. This is one of those low cap stocks that is doing well operationally. I would say its good hold.

Another low!....so tempting but its still on a down trend! Had expected BJToto share price to be hit by the IRB news. It will go lower.

Happy to find this stock and managed to get in at .28 today. Good set of results announced.

Is this a bad news for investors? Does it mean, it will be totally out of foreign/local funds radar?

Not only the share price and the investors are sleeping. I am worried even the mgt is sleeping, and that is the biggest problem why this share continues to sleep.. You see so many property companies making announcements coming up with innovative schemes to attract buyers for their properties and projects but you seldom hear from this counter. This company is so quiet, I wonder if mgt is really sleeping...

Issued 15m shares at RM0.094 today. Good price. Daily closing must not be lower than RM0.105. It must be higher.

It's good to have some consolidation. This will give it some stronger base to move up further.

At RM0.10, it means next week's new share issue price will be below RM0.09. Further diluting or pulling down the share price. Based on trends of last few issue of 15m shares. We should see a maximum of another 5 issues before all these new share issue stops. Hopefully, after that, we can see some share price increases to reflect the company's revenue and profit growth.

They should slowly price it up. The last few tranches should be at RM0.10 at least. The price will shoot up.

He sold 10 million shares at RM0.315 each. He is still holding 193 million shares. Disposed about 5% of his holdings. Difficult to find good reasons for a CEO/Director to sell off shares in a company he manages. There are many reasons, he could have been holding in trust for someone and time is up for him to give it back. Or he need to sell off to cover his margin call. Many CEOs pledged their shares to banks for various reasons. These are more neutral reasons which are not due to company performance.

For him to sell at this price in the current bull market run is really something minority shareholders should be vary of.

Air Asia Bhd share is actually undervalued in my opinion. Based on PE of only 4.7X, it is really too cheap compared to the valuation fetched by many companies in Bursa. If someone has the money to buy up the entire share capital of Air Asia at current market price, they can get back their investment in 4.7 years. The valuation is just too low.

Is there a moratorium on the shares issued to MB? If no moratorium, we all die loh if MB were to cash out at RM.10 or lower.
