Nexgram Holdings Berhad announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended January 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of MYR 66,791,867 against MYR 27,832,493 a year ago. Profit from operations was MYR 8,586,608 against MYR 5,534,069 a year ago. Profit before taxation was MYR 4,680,146 against MYR 2,201,704 a year ago. Profit for the period attributable to Equity holders of the Company was MYR 3,411,618 or 0.15 sen per diluted share against MYR 2,190,615 or 0.18 sen per diluted share a year ago. The Group's revenue increased by 140.3% was mainly due to the revenue generated from the acquisition of Sensorlink Group. For the nine months period, the company reported revenue of MYR 115,995,440 against MYR 79,895,658 a year ago. Profit from operations was MYR 18,744,901 against MYR 13,148,724 a year ago. Profit before taxation was MYR 7,944,361 against MYR 5,075,556 a year ago. Profit for the period attributable to Equity holders of the Company was MYR 4,897,753 or 0.22 sen per diluted share against MYR 5,090,328 or 0.48 sen per diluted share a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was MYR 19,544,411 against net cash from operating activities of MYR 10,668,989 a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was MYR 554,321 against MYR 7,088,206 a year ago. Purchase of intangible assets was MYR 19,753,444. The Group's revenue increased by 45.2% was mainly due to the revenue generated from the acquisition of Sensorlink Group.
