the consensus target price of cimb and rhb is 0.44 , foreseeable negligible net income growth for the coming 2 years , if buy at the price of 42 , the margin of safety is less than 5 %. this my non-professional calculation, may not be accurate. so if you have a research team, please lah do a more reliable caculation, so that we small investor , with the hard earned money, are not misled by our promotion

base on the data I have collected, it is still overvalue. I hope someone can do a through analysis, so that we can better evaluate our risk. so far what we gather are promotion of its future earning. which company has no good future earning, those companies are already in PN17.

ock is dealing with tower and solar energy, high operating cost but good recurring income later. every tower it built need at least 2 year to break even, then money rolling in. at current level the eps is about 4 sen and pe is about 35. PP price is 1.30,thats' why you notice this old man sleep most of the time.
if we buy around 1.30 and assuming earning improve 25% yearly to 5 sen the pe is around 26 still comparatively high in the same sector. but in view of its good recurring income and we are willing to keep for a long time , then no harm. so choose a comfortable price to enter if you prepare to invest.
this is just my very superficial view , without in depth research, please kindly correct me because I am still inexperienced and have a lot to learn.

well said GG3261, the current price is not cheap to keep sleeping for 2 years, lets" push down the price, so that everybody can buy or buy more later and sleep well.

it depend on your risk tolerance. for the most comfortable price is 28 but it is a bit difficult, need a lot of patience. for bowman and psd57 may be higher.( may be 45 sen). there is no right or wrong and which one is better.
one thing for sure is money hard to earn, everybody wants to earn. so we have to be extra careful
I notice a few counters, the earning for the past 2 year is about 1 or 2 cents only. but the price was chased up unreasonably because of people promoting its good future earning and this future is not near. anything can happen, so it is better not to buy high, unless you are running the company or you are damn lucky a bit part of the profit was taken away

I like this counter not because of its operating profit, it is its high NAV , 6 sen + 30% eps as dividen and the directors are keep on buying the company shares, no disposal.
this morning , i came across 1 old article about LBS, reminding me of its not less than RM5.00 asset value per share in china . without any hesitation, I entered another 25000 shares at @ 1.70
now I try to search for the same article to read one more time carefully but cann't find. really hantu.....
