think warrant have high potential since its expiring in august this year. Recent trend all shares and their near expiring warrants had gone up significantly. May be will pull a Seacera or Notion. :-)

well, with 30k wanna earn 4k a month is not easy. ideally 150k would be ideal as a start. Because with 30k, u probably can only put into max 2 penny stocks to earn big. And most of the time u need to wait few days. So ur losing quite a bit of time already. Then sometimes u lost patience and rather sell at loss because u see other share jump up...that goes on and on......

well there was a private placement exercise in march 2016. So the sell down in early 2016 definitely has something to do with it. Can not simply compare then and now.

the share sales was done on 12 april at 0.202. On that day Digistar hit 0.235 and closed at 0.225. So i really think that was just one off, for what ever reason. Today the price has stabilized

"KUALA LUMPUR: Orion IXL Bhd, an information technology (IT) company formerly known as CWorks Systems Bhd, is proposing to acquire its rival, ASAP Bhd, for RM73mil.

The company said it would pay RM39mil cash and issue new rights shares that came with free detachable warrants to complete the deal.

The rights shares, to be subscribed by the owners of ASAP, will be issued at 18 sen each.

“As both the Orion Group and ASAP provide solutions of similar nature, the proposed acquisition will allow the group and ASAP to explore the potential of harnessing each other’s technology, expertise and client base,” it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Monday.

ASAP has given a RM7.5mil profit guarantee a year, or a RM15mil cumulative profit after tax for two years. The Orion Group is principally involved in the provision of computerised maintenance management systems.

It also provides other IT services such as systems integration, support services and training.

Its clients include companies involved in facility management, manufacturing, oil and gas, airports, mining, healthcare, education, municipalities and other activities."

Very likely to push up Orion more to sweeten the deal since ASAP shareholders will subscribe at 0.18.
