The problems with Sri Trang Agro - 1st, it's not glove pure play, the whole rubber plantation is in it and rubber are lost making business just look at the commodity price.... 2nd, they are producing a lot of natural rubber gloves instead of nitrile (although getting more), the demand in the market is nitrile now, and also less nitrile means they won't save much on the lower cost of butadiene and nitrile raw material.....

i did my research and decided to skip on STA, concentrate instead in Riverstone....(with small amount in UG for trading porposes...)

I guess, no sellers are willing to let go their shares at 70sen anymore due to puan announced his intention to trade, cloud computing diversification, probably also involve tencent like eKYC, etc. plus coming private placement also expected to be allocated to tencent. :)

UG you can promote in care+ forum.... the people there is still euphoric.... UG much better and much undervalued than care+, so they will rush to buy it :)

i like your conviction for Riverstone, I am still holding on too....btw DBS increased their target to $3.09 on 3 June.....

Production 2019 - 3.45 billion at 83% utilisation rate.
In 2019, Careplus owns 27 production lines which can produce 4.14 billion at full capacity.
On average, one production line can produce 153 million gloves.
Revenue 2019 is RM 365 million with the production of 3.45 billion gloves.
On average, Careplus makes RM 0.106 per glove. In 2020, Careplus adds 9 production lines. So, the capacity becomes 5.51 billion gloves. think tomorrow SUPERMAX will be the numero tres in the glove world....

different people see things in different ways... i see additional working capital of RM9M (and more to come...)from the warrant conversion, and that's good news for long term shareholders....

as for the short term traders and speculators that chased the warrant for the ride last month... i don't think anyone can make any money at all, looking at the mother share premium now... looks like some analyst is right - indeed no fat frogs hopping around the streets....

for longer term mother share or warrant investors, the ride is not over yet, so hang tight!....

If you have mother share, dump all and buy the WB share...considered reverse conversion, .making a huge capital gain of 57.5 sen and at the same time still have the WB in hand for future conversion again. Double whammy.

this trick is too common and i think currently GPacket is too high profile with the Kiple-everything everywhere now to pull this stunt, so maybe something else....

A lot asking why gpacket wb is not moving in tandem with the mother price?

The reason is because this is the trick used by the operator which reminds us of DWL.

DWL price shot up aggressively last year and the warrant didn't move

So what's the motive for this?

The motive is to create an impression that the warrant is lagging because it's underpriced with low or negative premium.

This will definitely spur retailers interest by trapping them into their game.

So what happens when retailers sees this?

They will think this is cheap and they will start to buy the warrant instead of the mother because it's so much cheaper

So once they make people chase the warrant the operator will dump the mother and all retailers will get trap in the warrant.

This is exactly what happened to DWL.

Gpacket and DWL has the same operator.

Think wisely before entering into Gpacket WB

result looks bad.... and why are they investing in bond funds instead of further investing in company or just SBB? bond funds are bad investment idea in current situation.
