1. There're many reasons why it goes up. Eating Viagra is one (just joking, hahaha). For sure, all are making more profit, giving more dividends, and business with better prospect. The most important one could be there're people willing to pay higher price to get the share. Who are they? Why? Look at the Top-30 list and company announcement.

2. I don't know.

3. I first bought Hexza when the price was around 60, few years back. Sold some, buy some, sold some, buy some.... Now? hahaha....you guess? Not important lah, I'm just a small potato.

4. I think the 1st one is due to manipulation and the second one is more on fundamental. But I might be wrong.

5. It depends.

In my previous article, I wrote "To make it short, simple calculation of the 3 items above already show a projected EPS of at least 12 cents for financial year 2017. How about the profit to be made from its ordinary businesses? That, let’s wait and see the company’s financial result in the coming quarters."

Now the second quarter financial result just came out yesterday, 6-months EPS already 12.1 cents. Above expectation, really impressive! Just expect another 4+4 cents EPS for the remaining quarters of 2017, and higher dividends then. If so, a company that is going to make 20 cents EPS a year with current share price of 1.05, what do you think?

The super super rich has the ability to influence a company's share price by acquiring substantial portions of its shares. They are the "market makers". Think also about the GLC stocks and the tradings of institutional investors like EPF and KWAP. just buy lah, a lot of retailers still holding shares with right issues which cost them at least 3+ or above. with good result and expected higher dividend, now just 2.2+, very cheap and safe investment lah.

What? So high! Shouldn't be. Actually it's about 5%. But anyway, it's still much better than the FD and the average in the stock market.

I expect the dividends for 2017 and the following 2 years to be paid twice a year: 3 cents +/- for interim and final, respectively. Of course, it depends! My interpretation: a new young professional CEO, with corporate financial background, picked and endorsed by the Chairman, to lead the company and its stakeholders to a greater success! Given a strong fundamentals, I believe a long-talked and carefully planned succession plan is going work well. Hexza's shareholders, are you ready?
