DRP effect! Buy today, then use dividends to pick up.

for buy and hold, for dividends, for long-term, for value buy: HEXZA, PBA, PCHEM, 9016, 5094, and many others. Common things of these: cash rich, good dividend, solid business, and ......the only thing to consider is: at what price?

I couldn't agree more with hiddengem's opinion. I see your point! Hopefully other supporters of HEXZA also. If a good stock's price is purposely pressed down by the big fish, some small fish who lack of confidence might help to push it down further and dump the share beck to the big fish. Eventually, most minorities, if not all, will be the loser. And you guess, who will be the winner? If you (big or small fish) think that HEXZA is a well-managed company with good and consistent dividends, and it should deserve higher price that reflect its fair value, then please do what you're supposed to do. With this, I believe eventually all will be the winner. Think and look at the big picture, stock investment should not be thought just as an arts of making money.

I guess now you might be curious to know more about me, haha!

Hi sephiroth, I bought more at this price level as I think that it's already quite cheap. If it really become cheaper, then definitely will buy more. Hope you'll get yours at your desired price. Good day!

The 30 lots @ 0.655 are mine also. ready to pick up, don't think can make big money in 3 or 4 days with these just bought shares. For long term, if price drop in short term, would buy more. But I think it would not take so long time lah, and hopefully there'll be some good news in February.
2013-12-06 15:19 | Report Abuse
I couldn't agree more with the above-mentioned opinions. This leads me to q to buy more at lower prices, if got lah. In fact, I've already accumulated quite a lots. And to show that I'm confident in HEXZA, I just sapu all the 0.65. Hopefully you'll see my name appear in the Top-30. Good luck to all shareholders of HEXZA!

haha, agreed! I guess not only AyamTua and bugle see value in HEXZA, some others also. look at latest AR and google some of the top-30 names, then perhaps you'll be more confident to hold the shares.

what happened? Already average down. Anyway, will continue to Q at 0.68, 0.65, 0.62, and 0.59 and then wait and see. worst comes to worst, left 3 years, right 3 years. prepared for this, what else should I worry?
2013-11-28 19:07 | Report Abuse
with this good news (better result and 15 cents T.E. dividend), I don't think can get more at lower price. that day Q at 4 cannot get it. Tmr if can get some at closing price that would be good enough. just q lah, dapat, dapatlah, tak dapat, sudah lah. Good luck to all shareholders and potential shareholders! Btw, who dumped the shares that days? Just curious, it scared me and made me nervous.
2013-11-28 18:51 | Report Abuse
this time is different, should be able to move higher, as I sensed that big fish in this counter is supported by C.I.M.B. As a small fish, I don't know to go up/down. Worth to take the risk?

big fish eats small fish! announced bad result last year, gave lesser dividend, pressed down to accumulate more share. collected enough, now announce good deal. What should small fish do?
2013-11-20 17:21 | Report Abuse
should be, just a matter of timing. have been holding since 2008. so long as PBA is making profit and giving dividends twice a year, i find no reason to dispose it. waiting for special dividend, don't mind to wait for another 5 years. yes, you might say how many ten years do we have. haha, I'm thinking if I can't enjoy it, just give it to my children. if i don't get capital appreciation (which i don't believe it won't appreciate), at least i got peace of mind.

With the improved earning and huge cash pile, I see this counter has the potential to shoot up to 30 in near term. About 135 shareholders control > 90%, including me and some of my gangs. I believe most of these 135 cost of investment are rather higher than the current price. In the good old time, the price went to as high as 1. In bad time, last 2-3 years, the price dropped to as low as 0.11. How many of you bought it at prices < 0.15? I guess very few, as the traded volume during that time was very small. Even at 22 cents, not much of the shares are in the hand of minorities. In other words, those who have been holding LCTH for long time, especially the one with higher cost, definitely would not be happy to see the price in the region of 20, 30, and perhaps 40 and so on. The company now managed to turn its business back to profit making entity. And with positive outlook, I believe shareholders and nonshareholders will now pay more attention on it. In short, the price has gone up, and it will go up some more. How high it will go? It depends on us! Good luck!

Which listed company’s shares is HEXZA holding? Please do share with the minority shareholders if you’ve got any insider news. Pls refer to AR2013, Note 17: Other Investments = RM55.8 mil and Note 5: Dividend Income = RM 2.94 mil. Fact 1: 2.94 / 55.8 x 100 = 5.27 %. My interpretation: Should be bluechips and/or some high dividend yielding stocks. What do you think?

HEXZA's share price has increased from its low of 50+ cents to about 80 cents in 2-3 months with increased trading volume. Do you think that small shareholders like most of us would be able to push the price up if it's not the act of big players. In my opinion, there were certainly some big players already in HEXZA. Who they are? I guess some of the top 30 are involved. Foong brothers are definitely there; they bought more than thousands lots recently, and could be more than what we might thought. You may refer to bursa's filing. My interpretation: The timing they bought back these shares were not seen so obvious since 3-4 years ago. If there is no plan in their mind, why the way the share price moved up quite differently compared to previous time and why only recently Foong brothers bought back the shares, as we knew that HEXZA has been undervalued for so many years. My another interpretation: It could also be some big players not related to Foong brothers have their plan or certain ways to unlocked the value of their investment in HEXZA. If so, do you think they would be happy to see HEXZA's share price in the region of 70s+ or 80s+. As mentioned in my previous comments, given the fact that HEXZA is indeed deeply undervalued and fundamentally sound company with a NTA of more RM1, huge cash pile, financial investment worth more than RM50 mil, and for accounting purpose, depreciated properties and plants, which is still valuable assets. And one more, the company has no debts! Last but not least, It could be the controlling shareholders, the big players, most minority shareholders (definitely not all, otherwise who is going to sell the shares in the market), and non-shareholders now see value in HEXZA and wanted its shares even with higher prices: so the share price gone up! How high the price will go? Again, I have no idea. In conclusion, I think the chance for HEXZA's price to go up some more is rather high and it would be unwise to sell the share at any price below RM1. What if the price does not break the RM1 mark before it's dividend goes ex on 26/11? I see nothing wrong to hold the share for another 3 - 5 year time, given the after-tax dividends are still and expect to be better than FD. For your info, I regret selling my 7022 at 1.5 - 1.6 b4 it goes ex, even though my cost was just 80 - 90. Lastly, I just want to share with you what I think about one of my favorite stocks here. The decision is yours, and bear your own risk. 在此吹水吹喇叭,信不信由你。Haha! Good luck!

closed at 0.20. managed to get 200 lots at a bit higher. with good fundamentals: cash, earning, asset quality, ok lah, just hold until it reflects fair value. expect dividend to be announced in 4th quarter next feb, then sure will fly one!

yes, gone up some in recent months. How high it will go? Don't know. Just think that, compared to others, it's still cheap. Sooner or later, the market would tell us how much it should worth. Just a matter of timing and your purchased price. What if the price goes down? Good to some and bad to others. To me, buy more and keep until it reflects value which I believe is fair. What say you?

just received HEXZA's 2013 annual report, cum 10% dividend, cash rich (RM73.4 mil), financial investments worth RM55.8 mil, no debt, Property, plant and equipment worth RM66.9 mil. Bought some and hold until it reflects fair value. Think to buy some more before it goes ex.
