AK has given a meaningful explanation and I think we should accept it. She and Ngu may need to raise some monies to meet their prior commitments and I think is fair.

The audit thing is strictly an AOB issue. The quarterly results will not differ much. It can be a surprise or some other issues. The fact that the two major shareholder and AK are still holding on to their shares is still a positive factor at this point in time.

Ngu is stupid. If he wanted to sell and quit, he should have dispose everything, the warrants and the shares when the shares were trading above 30 sen.

Not so much RHB report. Its the legacy reporting from OSK. OSK is famous for upgrading and downgrading on a weekly basis based on price movements and not on fundamentals.If this is among the top of the 30 jewels and the revision come so soon, I have deep concerns on their qualitative research.

last quarter results for June ended announced end of august. Nothing adverse in the comments. So further one month to Sept cannot change drastically. Possible change in some major shareholders. Those sales of shares by Ngu and Anne are those married deals or open market?

Foreign funds exiting and QE fears spooked the market.

Ngu has cut his shareholdings by abt 40% remaining abt 8% holding from 14.5% and Anne looks like clearing her warrants.
Two major shareholders, Chu Chuck Yan still maintains 21.79% and Wong Say Kim still holds 14.52%. What are they up to? Selling during closed periods raises a lot of suspicion esp by Executive Directors.

Warrants still quite active today. Price sustained.

It really need a re-rating catalyst. Hopefully the earnings could surprise on the upside. But directors' trading during closed periods may mean something not favorable.

if the fundamentals and the prospects are intact in the near term, this is a must buy stock. I wait for the quarterly results to confirm the revenue grow and whether the margins are sustainable.
