Sales of property "may not" incurred GST in price tag , example you bought a $500k house will not have $30k tax, however the house price may increase indirectly due to material brought in to build the house carries 6% tax, if this is true. Personally i dun think franchise fees contribute much, a 10 years franchise fees is just about RM170,000 is probably royalty fee on gross revenue from monthly sales from coffee chain that contribute. If looked at last annual report, over $262 mil in revenue, or 62%, came from coffee chain. The rest of revenue came from manufacturing beverages.
