however that being said, i think any price around rm1 is best to collect for drb. i collected around 1.17, 1.13, 1.15 weeks ago.

if it really drops i will collect more. but i am going for 1.4 to sell.

shares cancelled is about 181mil
how much to pay the dissenters? 181mil x 0.76sen = 137mil

so how much they wanna placed out? placed out at what price? how much working capital for the oil fields?

i am assuming might as well go for max 180mil PP they said last time.
180mil - 137 = 43mil left for working cap...sounds about right to me.

but if they are proceeding to placed out the shares, expect dilution. how much dilution? depends on how much they placed out. no PP, no dilution lo
