I agree and hold my opinion that OSK share is very undervalue..is a cheaper proxy towards RHB

so isn't this sound like we need to compete to acquire more share than tan sri

but be cautious of increase in share and dilution...if you are a value investor like me this is not an issue, just keep it

so my sources told me that don't sell and wait for the revised offer..otherwise hold till the dividend is declared

even if he buys from you on the open market for 1.90 he still untung la!!

his strategy is obvious to buy more share...whether to take it private or not that is a side question. If he does, he will need to give a revised offer but as of now, he will buy as many as he could at this price from open market.
