AAX result dissapoint .. it will be a sell off tmr for AA I think. Hope it wont happen

VG. It is s free country. Anyone can say antthing they want to say. I just cant stand people calling others uneducated or laughing at others losses.
After seeing so many rubbish here and there I get numb to it. I have gone through much more turbulence, do you think I will get upset with just a few words ?
Put that aside, I think market is getting fed up with TF and gang snake oil talks. He mentioned so many things, PAA, IAA listing, AAC sale, due listing and etc, non of them materialize. Talk is cheap. However the value is still there, let see how it goes from here. Hope for the best

ELBRUTUS.Expose myself too much on airline is just too risky for me. I can't take this type of risk. After all I still think the merger is just hot air. Divert my capital to somewhere else. That is the problem with people with shallow view. When read the headlines, straight away jump to the conclusion. I found it amusing when I found some were panic about it. So I bought a copy of Focus and found that is another "pulp fiction ".

1. Want to merge AAX and AA, Tony and Gang need to prove that AAX is profitable and sustainable, potherwise how to get it approval ? Tony and Gang doens't own more than 75% of Both AAX and AA.
2. The report say maybe end of the year ? Give me a break another 7 months to get this doen ? I will that may not be done in a year with this scale of M& A.
3. Why conclude that it is benneficial to AAX ? Come to the end it is the price tag ? If the price tag is 45 Sen of AAX, will that still be benificial to AAX ?
4. The M&A will be cash related that is for sure.
5. The M&A could be a good thing for both AAX and AA.

So, some people just don't get it. Will just accuse others are educated while she herself is empty vessel which will just follow where the wind blow.

axeaxe. How long have you been following AA ? . Tony kept on saying sale of AAC for a year plus if that is not delay what iit is ? If Tony doesn't give you a dateline , meaning that is not delay ? Does he need to spell out a date and the date has been due only then it is consider delay ? Come on wake up. It is the message that he said before that counts man !!! He used to words " soon ", " end of the year " , " bidding process will end 23 march and due delivery follow for about 4-5 weeks " . Selling treasury share could be a sign the management is planning for an bonus issue. Treasury share is not entitle for bonus issue. So why not selling now to book a profit than looking at a paper loss after bonus issue ? So don't draw conclusion blindly

nikicheong. fOR STRUCTURAL WARRANT most of it are issued by market maker and mostly cash settlement. Hence, the company will not getting any money. For conventional warrant, the money the company get is the exercise price x the number of warrant issued ( depending on the conversion ration ).

I have to laugh at his analysis. It is 1.54 the whole market is an idiot for paying such a high premium of it. At 1.54 it is lower than its NTA. Yeah marketbis an idiot for paying so much for top glove as well if according to his analysis . I think I read it wrongly . The total Asia aviation profit is actually 1 bil bath . 570 attribute to controlling stake the rest is to non controlling stake. The non controlling stake is MAA ? I am not sure. Who can clarify this ?

Well. It is not so bad of TAA but not so good either. It is the fuel tax . But I wonder whether it can increase the fare in the coming quarters. Still it is not the end of the world . At least u can count about 35 mil RM PORTIONNOF TAA into AA group. Hope Malaysia operation is good.

Agree . Looks like they are unable to raise the fare in q1 2017 because the tix were sold way before. But coming quarters they shall be able to increase the fare hence revenue shall be up
