It's due to the increase in operating expenses, mainly losses from its palm oil mills (RM0.6 loss) and marketing promotion spending for its products. Profit contributions from Spritzer was reduced too, also due to increase in marketing promotions and brand building in China.

Nothing to worry about, management has shown its good capability. Continue to hold.

Agree with mjy, fundamentally it is very good stock, great improvement from trading segment (bulk of its earning), palm oil segment performance depends on season (El-Nino). Good long term investment. A boring, but slowly climbing stock.

Total of 134 tenants rental expiring FY2015. % of monthly total rental income affected will be 32%, with NLA % affected at 41%. That's almost half of total NLA. Let's see if Hektar can find new tenants or not. With Da Men opening soon (Nov 2015), I foresee drop in income for the next year.
