西归浦市倪来休闲居住园区部分土地所有者向济州国际自由都市开发中心（JDC）表示，如果成功济州度假有限公司（Berjaya Jeju Resort Ltd.）放弃赌场项目，方可与他们进行土地购买协商。

倪来休闲居住园区土地所有者对策协商会会长姜民哲17日称，近日已向JDC高层口头转达了这一观点。姜会长是在倪来休养居住园区项目进行过程中将土地吸收裁决无效化的住民之一。

今年3月，大法院认定休养园区项目并非游乐场，因而判决土地吸收裁决无效。近来，成功济州度假有限公司为倪来休养居住园区项目综合考虑，决定停止在目前持有的部分土地上进行的所有施工。因此，成功济州度假有限公司与JDC如要按原计划施工，应与以姜会长为首的部分土地所有者进行土地购买协商。但是，倪来休养居住园区土地所有者对策协商会提出的前提条件是更换项目负责人并放弃赌场项目，这使得按照原计划施工的希望变得渺茫。

姜会长表示，在游乐场里设立赌场设施实在不像话，放弃赌场项目并且由JDC取代成功济州度假有限公司直接负责整个项目或更换项目负责人才能进行土地购买协商。

JDC则表态称，原土地所有者对策协商会的要求难以接受。JDC相关人员表示，在已经投入项目资金的情况下无法更换负责人，同时JDC也无法要求该公司放弃赌场计划。

JDC目前正在谋求再次通过审批程序继续开始暂时中断的项目。因大法院判决以后济州岛与JDC没有出台后续政策以及金融筹资难，成功济州度假有限公司于今年7月7日暂时停止了施工。

同时，最近有消息称部分土地所有者甚至起诉JDC和成功济州度假有限公司要求返还土地，由此，倪来休养居住园区项目陷入了举步维艰的处境。倪来休养居住园区是马来西亚成功集团旗下的成功济州度假有限公司与JDC共同投资2兆5千万韩元在西归浦市倪来洞打造综合修养园区的项目，园区占地面积72万7600平方米，原计划于2017年完工。

BJCorp投资大，风险大，资产肯定有，但是，投资了这么多地，是否有足够资金维持到，就要看盟主的交际手段了。他才不会理我们这些小鱼。

（1） BJLand 在 7 March 2013 有项目在那理进行； 叫Jeju Airest City，不知是否收尾了，有没有Put into Account；研究BJCorp十分费时。
（2）另外据新加坡《联合早报》1月19日报道，韩国要批准兴建多两个赌场度假胜地，BJCorp也想参与；

BJAuto have good new this morning newspaper, July sale 1333 units of car increse 36.4% compare last year same month 977 units, Mazda first 7 month sale 7915 units compare to last year 7 months 6771 units.

But BJAuto NTA is RM0.586,

BJCorp NTA is RM1.586, why it so low due to paper loss in 2014 and 2015Q4, but 2014Q123, 2015Q123, 2015 whole year is OK, I bet BJCorp will come back if 2016Q1 ( 2015 Sep end ) and 2016Q2 ( 2015 Dec end ) is possitive profit.

RM3B is not enough to donate RM26M/=.

Outstanding number of loan stocks ICUL-LD are 695,552,959 units, maturing in 22 Apr 2022.

There are 700,085,842 units of detachable warrants WB which will expire in 22 Apr 2022.

Total BJCorp shares issued are 4,331,768,408 including 182m treasury shares.

BJCorp free float have 2,100,000,000 share, around 50%, I not sure free float level high is good or not, but 2.1B share is a lot.

Why I select BJCorpCU, not BJCorp CT,CW,CX, because BJCorp expire on 31th Dec 2015, other is before, so, I lose only this.

2014Q1 have RM8M, Q2 have RM153M, Q3 have RM975M, Q4 have (274M); For me, good result is making around RM100M, equal to RM0.01 at 2015Q1, can pay the RM0.01 mah, or RM25M I also ok, don't make lost.

Hold, as I say, middle of Aug or Nov may have movement if have good result on Sep and Dec end quarter announcement, Oct dividend also is good new, unless..........

(2) VT have some news in newspaper currently;
