The 4th July buy back announcement is Form 28A, actually is 27th,28th,29th announcement total, so don't want let it confuse, think the company buy back, total buy back still is 190M units.

Dear Christopher Ou: If you ask me who sell at this point, first we need to understand who have BJCorpLE, the ICULS 2016/2026 with 2% interest and market price RM0.50; only two guy we buy from them 12% of BJLand, and they convert 1:1 this ICULS 2016/2026 20M of this to BJCorp, so... for what? I say they want to sell it in BJCorp RM0.36 is more easy then BJCorpLE RM0.50.
Is it possible getting 1% interest from BJCorp better then 2% from BJCorpLE?

The NTA is RM1.60, and market price is RM0.35, how to goreng? if privatize take over from 50% to 75% also need RM700M/= in market price RM0.35.then the other 25% need another RM700M/=.
If 1035M share goreng up RM0.10 can get RM103M/=, if extra 2% interest can get RM20M/=.

KUALA LUMPUR (June 15): AllianceDBS Research said the immediate hurdle for Berjaya Corporation Bhd (BJCorp) was at 37 sen and that BJCorp had on June 14 traded lower to 35.5 sen before closing unchanged at 36.5 sen.
In its evening edition yesterday, the research house said BJCorp continued to trade below the 20-day and 50-day moving average lines in the last 3 days.
“Following the unchanged settlement on June 14, the stock is likely to move lower again with immediate support seen at 35.5 sen...........

RAM Ratings withdraws rating of BJ Corp’s debt issue upon early redemption

RAM Ratings has received confirmation that BJ Corporation Sdn Bhd (BJ Corp) had fully redeemed and cancelled its MYR 255 million Bank Guaranteed MTN Programme (2012/2022) on 23 May 2016. As such, we have withdrawn the AAA(bg) rating of the MTN and no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the facility.

10-year 2% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks 2016/2026 of RM1.00 nominal value each.

If buy RM0.360. then after 3 month get RM0.01. RM0.01/RM0.36 × 100%= 2.78%. If consider yearly is 2.78% X 12/3= 11.11%. If you buy now also can say 2.78% X 12/ 7 = 4.76% yearly.

Project won’t resume despite law revision’
Berjaya Jeju Resort vows to sue JDC for compensation

Berjaya Jeju Resort says it will not resume its construction project in Yerae despite the National Assembly’s passage of a related legal revision, and it has vowed to press forward with a suit against the JDC.

The assembly’s amendment to the Jeju Special Law could overturn last year’s court ruling that the project was invalid, thereby allowing work to resume.

However, the project operator says it will not change its position. It will continue to seek five trillion won in compensation from the Jeju Free International City Development Center. That total covers construction already completed, loss of projected future profits, and losses from falling share prices.

Berjaya Jeju Resort says there must be a resolution to land ownership issues at the site for work to continue. Company officials argue the new legal revision does not do that.
