(2) BJCorp have 75% of BJLand, and BJLand have BJToto 40%, BJToto total share is 1351M, and sell BJToto at RM3.00, that mean get 1351 x 0.75 x 0.40 x RM3.00 ~= RM1216M;
BJCorp have BJFood 50%, BJFood have 378,31M share, and sell BJFood at RM1.50 can get 378.31 x 0.50 x RM1.50 ~=RM283.73, this two campany add up can get RM1500M, mean BJCorp have RM1500M/4924M ~=RM0.30

(3) BJCorp have cash and bank balance ( 2016 Annual Report Pg.12) RM1,788,664,000, that mean cash per share have RM1,788,664,000/4,924,000,000 ~= RM0.36;

Since 1st July 2016, VT Convert 70M and 3.883M of BJCorpLE, but the direct share only increase 38.883M, that mean he dispose 35M, I absorb 0.01M share.
