I believe that due to private placement at RM0.10 they will need to push up the share price above that to attract investors to take the private placement shares.

Had a look at the last quarter results. If they did not realize fair value gain from Imago Mall they would have shown roughly RM8m of losses for the last quarter.

There is good support at 1.26. If violated than it may reach 0.86.

All the SPAC counters had a slight spike in volume and price. My view is that its just people speculating that since oil price going down will benefit these counters.

mikeann- Just a heads up to double check thestar report against other sources. According to latest filings based on Thomson Reuters, EPF, Credit Suisse etc have no stake in Reach as of today. Daya (1.75%), Kenanga (0.01%) and Hong Leong Asset Management (0.35%) are listed on the database.

Mikeann - I have seen that article but I want to verify whether it is true. The Company announcements have not stated any such announcements. As far as I am aware, Credit Suisse seems to be buying Cliq

I do not understand why the warrant has dropped to 50c when the cash offer price is 60c. Shouldnt people be buying this stock at this price and sell it to OLH?

Volume has been steadily increasing gradually. Looks like going to break 62c soon.

Its dropped way more than dividend of 15c.
