I believe the majority shareholders sold 3mil to institutional funds recently. This is a good sign as more institutional investors are interested in the company.

Are they all not agreeing to the MD and resigning from the company in the near future?

What is the point of rewarding the directors namely Tang Ang Ang, Ng Lee Lee & To Tai Wai with ESOS? They sold all their warrants showing no confidence to the company management and future. They are part of the management and totally no loyalty to the the company at all.

I believe the 1.55 sens dividend is after split i.e. 1.55 x 3 for 2 shares = 2.325 sen per share

Today was my 3rd Hevea AGM. Agree with tzehming, I do think the MD is capable, prudent & most of all, honest. He did discuss the rationales behind the investment in mushroom. Production will only come in beginning of FY18.

Hi aunloke, agree with you that this year is not easy. Most companies under my radar has a flat or lower earning. Fortunately, most dividend are maintaining well. I'm still ok. We have to have a bigger Margin of Safety before we can commit to a stock. Opportunities are everywhere, Hevea is one that can win BIG. All the best to you.

aunloke, good to read your message again after such a long time. Yes, I bought Hevea for the same reason and I'm happy accumulating more now to beef up my portfolio. It should contribute positively to my dividend receivable in the near future.

To straighten the record, the 10M at 80 sens was offered to me. After sorting out the necessary financial arrangement, I have confirmed the deal on the following day. The operator then back down on the deal. The reason is blatantly clear that they simply do not have the shares. This saltedfish is associating himself with an unethical gang. A character who is total devious.

Oregami, If I can get a cheap block of Hevea WB, I don't mind to hold for mid to long term (6 Moths to 3 years) to see and benefit from the growth.

Oregami, the scenario that you described is possible. If the shares were sold and hold by strong hands. The lender will have problem buying back shares at low price

After reading most of the articles published & hearing the MD on BFM, I agree with the company business model. It is consistent, simple, prudent and very much achievable. As a shareholder, I see better days ahead going with him.

Q4 results will most probably be announced 3rd week of February.

Read the report on The age this morning, I like the attitude of the MD and agree that the management should keep their focus on the important tasks ahead.

The company is sitting on 106M cash as at the last Q report. After spending 36.8mil for the acquisition, they are still in a good position to declare a handsome dividend in February
