Agree. Black Scholes does not tell BIMB W can drop from 66 sen to 28 sen.

Black scholes talks about warrant pricing....not about risks and margins.

BIMB-WA recommended by KC Chong at 66 sen saying it is undervalued as in attached blog. Now 28.5 sen losing 56.82% in less than 2 years.

Humpreyliew I agree with you. If KC Chong so good and always make high return as he "claim" he must be very rich. Why still want people to join his course for "a fee". He should give it free like KYY and even donate some of his wealth.

Lesson to be learned here: don't follow blindly TP given by OSK in i3. They give TP 80 sen(only 2 months ago) yet what happen to Hibiscus?

The cheaper the stocks I can buy the more money I can save is what I practised. What can I do with money saved?
1) Buy more other stocks.
2) Buy same stocks with higher quantity.
3) Spend on other things.

Agree with birkincollector. I will buy shirt that is cheapest(even from pasar malam or market or Tesco) if I can save money whenever appropriate to wear and not necessarily Padini shirt.

Even TP RM 2.60 is not new. Why keep dropping past few months from above RM 2?

Sell and run is better. This STP2 has been talk for so many years. Before earning any money have to come out a lot of money first(RM 2.6 billion).

SuperMan 99 actually the counters you have is not bad eg Gadang and KSL. However some KC Chong counters high dividend sustainability is questionable eg Pres Bhd, Jobstreet, NTPM, etc because business is not static as in the past.

Yes. Stock market is the fairest of all gaming, regardless you are a super investor or smallish investor. All are of equal footing provided you are as knowledgeable, skillful and as experience as the big boys.

Fund mangers are competing with fund managers (sometime with substantial shareholders), they are the market drivers. Bad drivers will drive their bus down the ravine.

Retailers are the passengers of the bus. If they board the bus driven by mad driver, they may go down the ravine together.

One thing good for passengers is they can go in and get out as they like, unlike the driver who must stop at the station.

Small investors can download their shares easily when there are buyers.
Big timers may have to create market sentiment for them to unload meaningful quantity.

So, as a small investor, I would prefer to choose a bus company having proven good driver's record (Directors) rather than the one who has proven otherwise.

There is a clause GKent may not get RM 540 million(or RM 270 million entitled share) fee if they fail to complete the project within RM 9 billion budget. Can they make it base on their previous failure in Ampang LRT extension project?
