Strengthen USD against RM. Reach with huge debt on hand dominate in USD, thus increase in USD will bring this company very huge UNREALIZED Forex gain. But whether gain in forex or not, it have to pay its interest RM13 million each quarter.

Dont be naive, without RM15 million unrealize gain on Forex (one off gain and might need to reverse in next quarter). This mean this quarter Reach is actually still in LOSS MAKING. Nothing can stop its interest expenses which is RM13 million per quarter and keep increasing. Actual result? LOSS MAKING RM 11 million this quarter. OOPS ... dream break
