Would armada be a better bet?

It is encouraging that shareholders have expressed concerned about workers welfare. Rightly so. Although Top Glove workers are getting better accommodation recently they deserve still better. A bonus can be given when super profits are earned by the company, Harder working/smarter workers can be trained for better paying jobs.
The focus is now is on the board of Directors. In Malaysia the composition of the board must show an agreeable composition of race and more recently gender; the latter similar everywhere, but Directors’ contributions are vital. Are they there to contribute or merely endorse the Chairman’s views to earn their fees.
As a small investor I would question the need for the listing in Singapore and the proposed listing in Hong Kong. With different maturity of investors in the three countries, share price can go into a tailspin for the slightest reason. A re-think is necessary.
