Various factors beside RM, politics, future policies, etc. Many years ago, during Mahathir's time, they already know Msia is slowly heading towards "Holland". Education (private and semi-private, like MCA punya college) in Msia is all for money only and labour exploitation (lecturers handling multiple tasks, paperworks, admin works, other depts work, organizing events, etc), it is mostly customer-service oriented education. Forget about quality education in Msia unless you have money to go to top tier private univs.

Cakap putar belit, in the end, it is the same soup, just call it different name only, to have "fairness and merit" = no change right? Status quo?

I heard UKM still having matriculation for Bumi only, not open at all...so they need some where to masuk Uni, get certificate, get into govt service, talking/signing position, easy money. Everybody want this path. This is the high potential of Msia. :D

Agree, rakyat should be deciding how much to pay these "clowns/monkeys" politicians. Not they give themselves high salaries and allowances and then cry father, cry mother to rakyat, say country bankrupt, no money, all the BS, then later, cut subsidy, raise taxes, raise everything just to maintain their own f*** salaries..

Sad or funny to say, we only have "ISO-certified" candidates only..? The brain drain caused 1st tier candidates to go to other countries to help their economy. We are left with 2nd or 3rd tier politicians. Is "election" still the right way when we have less quality people? Looks like Sarawak and Sabah are making better decisions compared to West Malaysia...what to say of this condition in West Malaysia? Trying to go backwards more and more?

Ya agree, firs thing is to review the BIG pension pay for MPs and ex-MPs first. All the various allowances. Go to Parlimen, do nothing, bising only, not bring any value to country but get allowances for each siting in Parlimen. Why? Why pension is given to MP for each govt post? Waste of taxpayers money.

Never trust any politician in Msia, they are just after taxpayers and nation coffers. Democracy system has failed in Msia. Before election, they will put gold in your pocket. After election, they will strip you naked of everything you have. :D

The future generations in Msia will be paying the high pensions for these more and more Msia politicians with many pensions from many govt posts. A real burden we are creating here. We should also cut these kind of pensions, not only the fuel subsidy. Can we also cut the crony subsidy? Looks like DAP is becoming MCA 2.0 now. Good job to scam whole Malaysia.

Politicians are just scammers in disguise, vote for any party, in the end, the poor rakyat will get F in some way every 5 years :D while the politicians get rich, increase their own salaries using taxpayers money. Damn good strategy!

Reduce subsidies/allowances/salaries for those politicians, menteris, etc! CEO PBA punya salary RM50K per month wor. Why not reduce this kind of 'subsidies' ???

At the end of day, any govt that we choose, they just do the same thing more or less, just keep increasing taxes and inflation. The govt servants, politician pays and pensions, they will not change and keep for themselves while screwing the rakyat without they knowing it - slow cooker.

Do you think we are plugging the correct "leakages" in govt in the correct way? Reducing subsidies, the money saved, goes to where? Give budget of nice cars for MPs, give higher allowances for MPs, give more pensions for MPs? Give higher salaries to MPs?

Different govt, same modus operandi...not much "real" fixes being done. Continue supporting cronies and simple way, just increase taxes every year? Climate change already here and food supply will be reduced, causing higher prices for food. Stocking up Ayam Brands also will not help much.

60+ years of policies, resulted in today's situation. Don't think any quick fix coming soon, only more marketing talks, we are still stuck...be prepared for MYR/SGD exchange rate going above 4 soon.
