Correction: Avaland trades at 0.46 slightly higher than KPPROP.

Nemesis, wether it is worth 50 sen or not I do not know. But FYI E&O LBS and Mahsing have a longer profitability track record than Avaland. PE wise KPPROP trades 4.4x even cheaper than Avaland at 6.5x. KPPROP trades at 0.40 to NTA while Avaland slightly lower at 0.46 . KPPROP pays 1 sen dividend each quarter. If Avaland is able to maintain earnings consistently at 1.5 sen( assuming) each quarter and Mr market accords a 7x PE at 42 sen I would be very satisfied.

Recent share buy back average price is @ 0.95 sen so @ 0.875 is bargain price to pick up some.Cheers .

@0.875 sens there is a high margin of safety because cash pile is worth about RM 1.64 per share. Paying 6 sens dividends yearly is no problem it would take years and years to deplete cash hoard. Anyway nobody knows what happens in future but to me MAA is low risk bet.

Higher profit before taxation(2015 vs 2014) was recorded as compared to previous year. This is mainly due to higher profit margin sales mix coupled with additional gain on foreign currencies exchange.Review of OperationsDuring the financial year, continued focus was directed towards maximizing the production of its core products with its newly expanded production lines. Even after ex div,it is still very attractive to buy weather it is 0.75 ,0.85 or 0.90. This company got so much cash.

Yeah,TS Azman Hashim acquired 48,238,000 million shares on 19 Feb while TS Mohd Zaman Khan acquired 375,000 on 25 Feb.By ex date could possibly trade at 0.30 sen and above

Assuming price stays at 26.5 day b4 ex date of capital repayment then after ex price will be 19 sens. After that consolidate 4 into 1 (19 x 4) price will be 76 sens. Company has paid an annual dividend of 1.5sen
consistently over the years. So at 76 sen the yield would be 7.89% !(1.5 sen x4).
