Cash Flow from operation 706m（20），545m（19）是增加了，但减去营运开销，结果
Cash generated from operation 是 97m（20），273m（19），比前一年还少。
（那个 inventory 是不是最后能够卖钱的存货？）

最后 Cash and cash equivalent at end of year 782m （20），1265m（19）。

于是就 PP 来拿现金，其实，这个 PP 对现有股东是不利的，总比市价低，（否则，谁要？不如直接从市场买！）。长期来说也会稀释每股盈利。

i bot this is bcos there was possibility of privatization of the mother share, this might give boast to this one, somehow, it was not materialized .....

i bot mother shares too, 2 days before the announcement of failure, fortunately, i sold my holding, after LTAT gave warning for the 2nd. times (3rd.?) of no certainty, this save me from facing a drop of 30% ..... is important to look at a thing from +ve and -ve sides ......

for this one, holding is not much, will judge ofter the Q result :D

not something new, back to old time, before RI, mother share and WB also not went in tandem, WB premium can be vary from 10%+ to 40%+ :D

Right ! Although WD only have 5 mths to maturity, however, with the strong trend now, is envisaged it would breach 0.60 in near term ......

Buy @0.10, once mother share breaks through 0.60, it would be one sen to one sen parity, WD will be at >5 times gearing, means the return will be 5x more than mother share ..... is worth to consider .....
