SMT proposal of RM120 million convertible loan notes in 4 tranches of RM25m,RM25m, RM35 A& RM35m AT 1%p.a interest....which are convertible to a maximum of new 450 million SMT upon issuance....So when 1st tranche of RM25 million notes was issued on 2-2-21, the Subscriber converted about 220 million SMT AT 11.47cts already....So 120-25 notes leave balance of 95....
