SMT must go back to 10cts....otherwise the subscribers of the balance of the 2nd.3rd & 4th tranche of 25, 35, 35 million convertible notes will get 1% interest p.a. , as the 1st tranche of RM25 million already converted into nearly 218,000,000 SMT leaving only about 232,000,000 SMT to be shared among the 3 remaining tranches....so if SMT can fly to 26 cts , u only need 93 million SMT share for conversion as per their proposal on 26-10-21..leaving about 139 SMT for the 3 & 4 tranches....etc....very very snaky and sinister plan by operators but SMT looks good ???...correct me if I am wrong.
