Besides these...if approved by WHO...then those vaccines need specific temperature containers to transport by airplanes. Due to airplanes capacities or cargo hold constraints...it takes longer period. All logistics are involved. Airplanes, shipping, trucking, etc. So any temperature disruption or no proper storage in specific temperature, vaccines is deemed useless.
