So 20% margin become less than 10%. All are unnecessary operation costs. Unless 5G started then probably everyone will calculated how much the cost n how much the risk doing EDMS. Hehe...40/50% earnings growth is good only for less than 3 years...be street smart...if more then ten years probably less than 20/25%. Net margins need improving to be more efficient to have higher assets turnover plus debt lowering for better equity multiplier. Overall the ROE must be above average 12% for at least 5 years. Then only you see the cash flow n earnings growth be be in sync. Plus book value growth or retained earnings growth must be balanced with organic sales n earnings growth. Then in the long run Mr. Market probably will value it higher...we shall see at the end of terminal growth what's it's average PE...!!!

If there are no growth in Sales, FCF, NTA, etc...even you bought at PE mutiple of 5x also can become value trapped. Unless company with long n stable n sustainable historical earnings with good cash flow n paying decent dividend...then you analyse its average dividend discount model to determine what your owner's earnings n rate of return going forward. For KRONO...it's value growth investing...TQ.
