that mean you can use 10 LA to convert 1 mother share
But this LA can use partially cash to top up for conversion
you can use 1 LA(10cts) + 90cts cash to convert 1 mother
or use 2 LA(20cts)+80 cts cash to convert 1 mother
LA 10 cts par value already paid, that's why i said 90 cts

Sumatec business modal is same as Hibiscus in upstream oil exploring. if Hibiscus par value of 1 sen can trade @1.90 is like RM190 if using RM1 par value !!! Sumatec par value is 14 sen, if convert to RM1 par is like trading @RM23.60 which is much cheaper than hibiscus.
dont worry about big number of shares, Public Bank shares is also few billion but look at the price !!! Actually number of share is not a issue, many HK shares are few billions and are trading above HK$100 !
Sumatec potential is not bad, once lifted from PN17 next 2 weeks sure attract many int funds. If i am cliq share holders, for sure convert all to sumatec first !!

As for hibiscus, those who believe the management already invested in and waiting for next September for reward.( if strike oil next 2 months, next september will see actual oil production, by that time hibiscus will be 4-5 ringget)
so far their oil exploration program are on schedule, unless by month end the rig still in india, then big problem !!!!! i think hibiscus can not fail in this program,if this small 30- 40 million simple oil rig also cant manage,then can forget about deep sea oil platform !!!
as for cliq n sona share holders, you guys have to PRAY together for hibiscus success in Oman. Any mistake on this first program will affect clq n sona price by 30% !!!!!!

my theory is simple, while waiting for Cliq n Sona to get a right QA, we should use part of our fund to invest in Sumatec-OR.
very simple theory,just buy 4 -OR @ 10 sen n subscribe for right @17.5 sen then you also got a free warrant-B (dont forget this warrant-B exercise price is only 17.5 sen,so opening price guarantee will be high !!!)therefore even sumatec mother drop to 27.5 sen you still got guarantee profit of warrant-b price

let everyone wake up n think carefully why want to invest sona.
ok bcos of potential oil n gas exploring business ?
then need to look at the peers, basically only can compare with hibiscus n sumatec.(cliq is not consider cos its a empty co.)hibiscus oil well is drilling deep to strike its first barrel anytime, and sumatec after restructure will also start drilling in khastan. Sona got what ? nothing !!! all hear say buy this buy that ! to buy sona-w @26.5 sen without any business is a crazy idea.my suggestion is if use the same money to buy sumatec-OR (10+17.5=27.5)and guarantee return of 25% warrant(if warrant open 20 sen you make RM50)
