PNB will inject more asset into setia to boost up the value but the impact of liew leaving is too great, as all local n FF tend to follow liew ! FF n local private fund already start selling setia n go for focal !!!
i foresee not less than 2 years focal will be biggest property co. in Msia !!!By that time PNB got no choice also have to take 30% stake @ may be @10.00 per share !!!!!!

this down fall could be William selling to get fund for paying mega steel bank loan. Parkson in china is a high end dept store, its 1 class above many local chains. If you do a survey you will find that many china students in Malaysia like to buy apparels from Parkson as the same stuffs will cost 3 x in Shanghai n Beijin. In malaysia Parkson is same class as Isetan n Metrojaya. The rest are hyper concept selling cheap apparels.
Aeon is catching up but their profit mainly from complex managements,just ask your wife and daughters how often they buy fashions from AEON ?

i do not foresee hibiscus will be kena a big sell down again,because base on last weeks turnover, the volume is not big.This case is different from those speculating counters like TMS,DSC,AT,Tiger,Sersol etc,those counters before sell down all with frightening n crazy volume (some 2 x the paid up !!!) I personally believe hibiscus free float available in market is quite few already. I wont be surprise the panic sell will only last 1 or 2 minutes suddenly with big buyers coming out ! I have seen this type of play many time,once Hibiscus banker just park 5 million buying @ each bid, all sellers will automatically withdrawn.
I do not believe Hibiscus will allow for punters to disturb their stock for second time ! If they dont step in, they can forget about the 500 million new CRPS !!

Now the new bursa system dont worry,just key buy before 9 am @ 10 sen lower than last price, continue key down every bid, so when open the match price will be those panic sell price !! You see i key in buy 10 sen lower from last price, if first match price down 30 sen, I will get it all because my bids is the highest !!!!!This is how the system work and how the dealers every morning make big money !!!!!

Let me calculate the worst scenario for this type of bad news if Hibiscus can not find oil on second well and write off the investment.
Masirah earlier announcement is $20 million, Hibiscus got 22% means about $4.4 million. That is about RM15 million !
Hibiscus paid up share is 500 million, therefore the share price got to revert down by 3.5 sen !! But last 4 days the price was oversold and adjusted more than 70 sen !!! Don't you think is crazy and over reacted !!!! I dont know how potential hibiscus buyers think,for me THIS could be the last chance to accumulate this flower shares !!! I will change all my Sona and Barakah-L back to Hibiscus for sure !!!
