According to G3 global Bursa announcement , GPB just disposed substantial G3 shares in open market , on 18th March was 6 millions shares and 19th March 37.5 millions share , there are no transaction cost been reported , but , the share price of G3 was 1.1 to 1.44 during that period , that means close to RM 50 millions value out of these two transactions ..That could help to fund the cloud business ..

I think the above mentioned Tencent fin tech is referring to the Webank which is similar to Alibaba Ant , but what GPB working with GPB s Tencent cloud , which is different business unit..

I saw a report Dnex’s China counterpart will have to give up the bid if Khazanah can not finalize this deal by Jan .. hence if the bidding can not be finalized by this month end then the Gpacket will be the only local bidder after that ..

The share allocation to Xendity shall be based on their performance , hence, if they can really bring good profit to company , then it should worth it .The rest of PP is for cloud business , which is new stream of income , the success of the project will match the new issued share as well . Bottom line is the result of these two new investment must be significant enough to convince investor .. However , with the new development in finance world , eKYC will sure play a big role in all the online financing transaction , and our government also start to look into the big data policy , that will indirectly drive the demand of cloud as well .

More and more factories forced to shutdown due to Covid-19 , the latest affected company is Kossan , this could be a good time for management to promote Kiplelive thermal scanner to them ..

according to latest sharing from Puan , the Xendity deal should be closed in Jan , so the revenue can be included started from next Q , as for cloud , the operation is expected to be kicked off in June or July , that is Q3 onwards ..

I don't think that is for one year revenue , however , the potential is there if they can penetrate into other SEA countries .. usage of eKYC will become more and more popular , that is for sure ..

Hope this round could be shorten , at least they do not need to pay the interest which is about 20 mil annual saving .. and any good news from AI park , eKYC , cloud will help .. of course , Silterra is the bonus , I never think they will get this deal ... anyway , just saw report , China is facing serious wafer shortages , hence, it should be positive news for company if they win the bid ...

As long as no impairment or investment loss , the next QR should not be too bad , based on the fact that they are debt free now , and communication , solution segment should be at least break even , the only segment could suffer losses is Digital segment which i hope they have made some progress in this quarter .. and I really hope management could give some update on this ..

Hope AI park and Cloud business can be launched on time ... As for Silterra , the chances is slim ..

All the presentation will not help the share price , we all know clearly the company plan and path moving forward , it is a good plan , indeed , however , seems like that is not enough to boost up the confidence level of majority , hence, management need to share more details info , like progress of cloud business , when exactly all the servers will be installed , and where company will locate all these equipment ?? What is the new transaction volume of Digital segment especially after company launch this Digital Warrios campaign ?? let the data to tell people if company is making any progress .. I personally prefer to see all these detail data being shared by management rather than plan ..

Actually if they can really find more customers for Silterra to fill up the capacity gap , then the chances is really there .. they have been mentioning , the 8 inch wafer is perfect for the AI industry and they have very good relationship with one of the biggest AI company .. this could be their support , who knows ..

ha.. I actually very doubtful about this , I don't think this is true ..Still wish their success and breakthrough in their current business ,especially the Digital segment ..

That is not really bother me as cloud and Data center is not going to contribute to the bottom line of company in short run , for me , Xendity acquisition is even more crucial as that could immediately improve their bottom line , e KYC is getting more important in month to come , and Company should capture more market share quickly ...I believe CC Puah knows well about this than us ... FYI , if you search the CTOS app for eKYC , the developer of app is Xenchain which is linked with Xendity...

One of my friend who is working in one big MNC company just told me that , they just shut down their Data Center in Hong Kong and moved all the data to Google cloud , and that is the industry trend now as most of them want to cut down the asset and expenses ... hence that is One of the reason why those cloud service provider enjoying such a big growth in recent year ..

E wallet and payment gateway is different , Kiple payment gateway also support Touch n go , I think what GPB intend to do is not directly compete with Touch n go , instead they are focusing on Business solution and prepare for Digital Banking .. If they are fighting for e wallet market then I guess the loss incurred will be even more than today ..
