It went up to 2.38, and stayed there for more than 10 mins ...... The trend is very bullish for IGB now, and the strong support above 2.30 by the Company is very positive for the counter.... stay tuned for more rally to come ..... :))

The trade on IGB is the support level of the prices for the past few weeks and the buyback of shares by the Company.
The recent support at 2.20 was proven on track. Next 2.30 also strongly support this week. The next level is expected at 2.45 to 2.60 ....

The Friday trade looked like last minute force selling..... maybe the rally will take off next week, given the good news for Proton allocation as mentioned above.. Punters were too overwhelmed with so many counters taking off on Friday.... Can't blame them for missing DRBHICOM.....

Good news!!

The budget does have impact on property developers, given that the not so stringent RPGT changes. Likewise, if you read between the lines, it is a CONSUMER driven budget. So, it is expected that retailers and SHopping for houses, retail shops rental, etc. are going to do well. So, if you interpret it that way, the budget is indeed in IGB's favour.
In fact, what is more interesting is that IGB's shares are NOW attracting back its previous punters, who now see the logic of holding more IGB's shares rather than IGBREIT. Probably, those who disposed of IGB Corp previously to park their money in the IGBREIT's rally, are now parking them back in IGB. In fact, this is a very smart move, given that the punters would have made at least 30% capital gains in the past 2 weeks, playing contra etc.
If that is going to attract the buying in the early part of next week, given that KLCI is expected to rise after the budget, IGB is going to go higher. Well, let's watch out for its breakout!!!!

Shhhhhh , IGB is looking good to touch 2.30 today ...... why not look at the warrants too.... the warrant play can be very handsome return, given that not many punters are aware of the price movement yet....
For those who had bought yesterday and sell today would be Laughing Out Loud (LOL) !!!!!

WATCH OUT for IGB breakout this morning!!!!
2012-09-26 22:27 | Report Abuse
I doubt that the coming quarter-end will be any big impact, yet it is still couple of months to go before the results are released. But the trade is the current trend.... Some of us may be clueless as to why the Company keep buying back its shares, when the daily volume since last Friday, had almost Tripled that for the past one month average....
If we look back on this counter's trend, it has similar pattern in 2011, of which they ended up giving out bonus shares to its shareholders. Thereafter, the share price moved like crazy, and the warrant play was very active then ..... This is a very smart move for a Company which holds lots of cash, and similarly sustaining pricing of its shares, by buying back in droves continuously ....
Whenever the counter drops like this, it is time for punters to start looking for opportunity to buy.... coz u will not regret the rally which will entails thereafter...
Good luck!!

Rumours in the market ---- DRBHICOM will benefit from the Budget incentives for green car initiatives, which DRBHICOM is actively pursuing. So, the stale performance for the past few days, are pre-cursor to Friday's Budget 2013 announcement.
Likewise, the possible positive outcome of its negotiation to dispose of Bank Muamalat and insurance business, will propel this counter upward. Look out for more news update in the coming weeks...

KC Loh.... U r always quick and fast to pick on my strategy and tactics.... even a simple psychology play here with bullbear.... LOL!!
U r very wise.... but looking at the bull and bear forces, I think some punters out there r making big profits, irregardless..... everyday, there r so many opportunities to play contra on AA ..... :))

Long Term: Over Weight
We visited 24 clients in the Middle East, UK and Ireland last week to update them about developments in Southeast Asian aviation. Most clients were keenly aware of developments surrounding AirAsia (Outperform) and some were watching for buying opportunities. We also noted interest in Malaysia Airports (Neutral), more so than in Airports of Thailand (Outperform). Clients were also interested to discuss Cebu Pacific (Underperform). We maintain our Overweight sector call. Within the ASEAN space, we recommend AirAsia and AOT and would consider upgrading MAHB and Cebu Pacific once risks dissipate.
