NIIse now become catalyst instead of threat to myeg as it now become earning accretive to myeg for next 5 year through co-development Niise system + equity account of its 15% stake in heitech. and even after completion NISSE after 5 year, myeg immigration service will still able to integrate into NIIse system such as foreign worker insurance, foreign worker job matching, foreign worker accommodation.
Thus, its right time to buyback myeg after it have successfully eliminating Niise uncertainty from negative become positive while continue develop Zetrix which have now issue 226.9M coin at market price USD 3.74 billion, a massive increase if compared to just a month ago in Sept which issue coin only at 174.7M coin at market price USD 2.8 billion

Anwar is indeed not friendly to palm oil industry.....aside only increase small threshold for 3% windfall tax, there are multiple headwinds to CPO industry: wages hike + employer to bear foreign worker EPF + increase export tax
Effective Nov 1, 2024, the revised Malaysian export duty schedule will include additional export taxes involving crude palm oil (CPO) prices of between RM3,601-RM3,750 per metric tonne that is subjected to an export duty rate of 8.5 per cent; followed by RM3,751-RM3,900 at 9.0 per cent; RM3,901-RM4,050 (9.5 per cent); and more than RM4,050 (10 per cent).

Bosses will also fork out more cash, once the government’s plan to make it compulsory for all non-citizen workers to contribute to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) takes off in stages.
A calculation by RHB Research showed that under the new minimum wage of RM1,700, employers will have to bear an additional cost of RM221 monthly per worker.

Previously, NIISe is the biggest threat to myeg exiting immigration concession. But, now, table turn, myeg indirectly through Heitech involve in co-development entire NIISE for 5 year period. These co-development is ensure as Myeg is now largest shareholder of heitech, and as myeg posses high expertise in e-government, such co-development will much rely on myeg instead of heitech, a like out-source all to myeg, while Heitech act more like project owner in which myeg also entitle equity profit through 15% stakeholder
Hence, in next 5 year time Myeg will add ADDITIANOAL profit from NIISE and even after completion NISSE, myeg immigration service will still able to integrate into NIIse system such as foreign worker insurance, foreign worker job matching, foreign worker accommodation.

Exactly these is what conglomerate big company is doing. One listed company have numerous subsidiary or associate company. Even SME also form many companies under them to exploit gov tax loopholes. Many director like to employ accountants that offer service to avoid high personal income tax rate 30% which is sharp contras if compared to corporate tax 25% and SME 15%. The best easier way is fragmental profitable company into many small companies via different shareholding status either as 50% JV, 70% subsidiary or 49% associate leve. Director can each appointed in each of these companies to enjoy dividend which is tax at single tier at corporate level either 25% or 15% depending on size of revenue, then, declare big dividend through these level as tax free to entitle Individuals director or share with another company depending on shareholding %. After these done as corporate expense, then only consolidate at group level for retail shareholder portion

GEORGE TOWN: Penang has given two thumbs up to the announcement of the implementation of the Juru- Sungai Dua Elevated Highway project presented in the 2025 Budget by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today.
"The Prime Minister's announcement regarding this project is highly welcomed. We hope its implementation can be expedited due to its urgent necessity," said Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.
The RM1.8 billion Juru-Sungai Dua Elevated Highway was one of the key projects that Penang submitted to Putrajaya.
Additionally, he expressed appreciation for the announcement of a new Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) in the Seberang Prai area, which he said would enhance the quality of public services at UTC @ Komtar
Regarding the development agenda for wakaf land by federal agencies, Chow said that the state government supported UDA Holdings Berhad's initiatives, as they aligned with requests from various parties, including NGOs, to redevelop Malay settlements and increase property holdings, particularly on the island.
Furthermore, he said the budget had announced several other federal project implementations specifically for Penang, including the raw water supply project from the Perak River for water supply in northern Perak and Penang, the Penang Light Rail Transit (LRT), the expansion of Penang International Airport (PIA) and the Batu Kawan Industrial Park 3.
All these projects are expected to contribute significantly to the state's overall development. Therefore, I hope their implementation will be expedited and adhere to the proposed timelines," he said.
On the education front, Chow said Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) was pursuing AI semiconductors in line with Malaysia's status as a global semiconductor hub, enhancing collaborations with companies like Intel and Infineon.

These wages increase hike instead most likely affect factories worker from Bangladesh

Palm tree have seasonal production, under normal circumstances, palm tree have higher production in 2H, lower in 1H. Therefore, higher EPS in 2H need to average down lower EPS in 1H in order to average annual EPS. CPO price also is important factor, but it's beyond control due to fluctuations in global demand, tax barrier, competitor oil etc.
MY estimation EPS 7sen in upcoming Q is to be in line with corresponding last year EPS which coinincidently have about similar CPO production volume and average CPO with +/- factor like strength in RM currency and lower fertiliser price offset by higher labour cost etc. JTIASA also have advantage over cost disel which continue under subsidy for East Msia
1 month ago | Report Abuse
JTIASA profit margin is high dependent not only on CPO price, but also on production volume. Therefore, JTIASA monthly and quarterly disclosure on CPO production volume is very important on top of average daily CPO price, both factors need to in line to e ensure QoQ EPS growth.
Take example, another palm stock, TSH, it's monthly and quarterly CPO production volume was significant decrease QoQ, therefore, despite evelated CPO price, TSH upcoming EPS may report decrease earning QoQ.

Expect EPS to deliver above 7 sen in next Q result. Aside increase CPO volume production and evelated CPO RM 4000, Lower price of fertiliser and strength in RM will lower import fertiliser cost will further boost up JTIASA profit margin next Q result

The most important to derive up share price is EPS growth. JAYA TIASA CPO production for Q ended Sept is massively increase 47% to 69.4kMT vs. 47.3KMT recorded in perceding Q ended June 2024.
These massive incremental in CPO production volume + elevated CPO above RM 4000 Mt will allow JTIASA to record multiple higher EPS in next Q result
