BNM are more than willing to cut rate, banking are more than willing to lend loan. It is BEST time for company to raise fund via term loan/MTN? sukuk to meet funding requirement to capitalize on low rate environment. Many also can opt to refinance their exiting loan with much lower rate to enjoy interest expense cut.

Dayang is good, but it have already keep polishing until these GEM reach fairly value. Further upside is limited. Due to virus, travel ban, Airplane flight cut + restrain travel, less fuel demand ---> lower petrochemical output ---> lower crude oil. These cascade may eventually affect upstream oil and gas maintenance as many contract are NOT FIRM contract, but solely depend on call up basis. Upcoming Dayang result may still post good profit, but next Q will suffer due to monsoon session
Jaks previously still in doubt, but it have already improving with Power plant near completion, unleash its potential soon. jaks is future GEM due awaiting for market re-rating now. Upside potential is very high. The slower Malaysia economic growth is opportunity to swap and focus to Vietnam high economic growth, which is Direct beneficial from trade war and redirect investment from China to Vietnam, spur up power demand significantly. BNM likely need to further cut rate, more fund will free up to channel for investment in stock market + Institutional fund need to readjust their portfolio to include jaks as alternative proxy and exposure to Vietnam economic growth oversea exposure (Jaks 100% profit derive from Vietnam power) to seek higher return

Uncle buy Dayang with margin facility. As the share go up and investment bank increase cap value for Dayang, the higher margin line. But, investment bank often require at least 3 stock in margin account to safeguard their interest. Therefore, Uncle now holding just dayang stock implying he may have free margin line available for diversification. Uncle may have reason behind to withheld motion to buyback jaks due to personal emotion/bad past experiences affect sentiment/ THE MUST win attitude/ wanna be front- runner etc............just my 2 sent view.

Uncle - 2018 buy jaks till control 28% stake is based on Jaks power plant good prospect, when power plant at < 40% progress + star Pacific incurring huge LAD due to delay.
Uncle - 2019 cut loss due to margin call, initially sold to meet margin call due to overbuy, but later, sold out all
Uncle - 2020 refuse to buyback jaks is based on Jaks hopeless prospect when power plant unit 1 FULLY completed + unit 2, 95% completed + star Pacific fully completed.

Next month already start selling electricity. Jaks Q1 2020 will recognized 1 month power profit.
AES also will posted its Q4 result soon. DK66 can update its power profit to further reinforce Jaks power profit.

FPI through major shareholder, Wistron, indirectly link to Apple 5G product. FPI wireless audio component will be part of key supplier for Wistron to assembly iphone in India.
Therefore, FPI will become part of the iphone global supply chain.
FPI is LAST tech stock laggard behind. It will marked up FAST very soon. Technically, FPI share on track recovery, once resistance at 1.65 breakout, stock will resume UPTREND, heading to next level RM 1.80.
Upcoming Q4 result is dividend declaration date too. Expect FPI to deliver higher Q4 profit in view of success in expansion. With net cash position, FPI afford to opt to payout most of profit as dividend. Based on 70% payout, expected dividend is 12 sen, give rise to yield 7.5%

Hohup another flagship project in Bukit jalil have reach tail end completion. The Sky park residence, 4 tower have already hand over to purchaser. Expect higher profit lump at these stage of vacant possession to be recognized in upcoming Q4 result.
Anther residence unit, Park 2 residence, will be handover by mid 2020.
Both sky park residence and park2 residence are expected to give Hohup RM 200 profit.

1. Upon execute S&P: 2.5% (RM 37m)
2. Last Condition precedent fulfilled : 17.5% (RM 259m)
3. Earthwork, foundation/pilling/basement and ground floor slab: 20% (RM 296m)
4. Progress claim to be based on percentage of completion of the main building. The progress billing is based on monthly progress from Oct 2019 - Mar 2021: 50% (RM 740m)
5. Vacant possession: 5% (RM 74m)
6. 6 month after vacant possession: 2.5% (RM 37m)
7. End of defect liability 15 month after vacant possession: 2.5% ( RM 37m)
