Pansar Berhad is their listed arm to trade construction materials... that means the more construction work they receive, the more materials they are trading.. so i am buying into Pansar in quite a big chunk.. after all, if the price does not move up, I can still enjoy around 5% dividend yield... where to find ooo... u go and check out their dividend payout history... every year 2-3 sen.. never missed one...

6) NTA = 0.155, price = RM0.36. P/BV = 2,32!!! much higher that 1.5 (so again, very much overpriced).

let me list out what the problems with Opensys are:
1) Overpriced - very high PE, annualized EPS around 2 sen, at current price, PE is about 18. extremely expensive for small cap like Opensys
2) Again, overpriced - use EV/EBIT. since the cash is about same as borrowing, there isnt any net cash. so EV/EBIT (enterprise multiple) is also very high.
3) Too much expectation on earning growth - many investors feel that Opensys is growing at a very fast pace. Unfortunately, its growth in revenue is moderate but the net profit is impacted by weak Ringgit
4) ColdEye effect is gone - when Cold Eye started to recommend this share, he probably already bought enough for himself around 20+ sen i guess or even lower! If he has not collected enough, do you think he will publicly asked you to buy? He sure wants to collect at lower price before it shoots up. So he is waiting for his diehard fans to help push the price up so he can look for chance to sell.
5) Change of ATM to CRM may not be as smooth - pls note that most of the banks will only consider changing their ATMs when they can no longer be repaired. You are still seeing many very old ATMs in our countries and banks are still using it to save capex. And even if banks are replacing old ATMs, there is no guarantee they will change to CRM as the cost is high and there is complaint about long queue for ATM users to wait for cash deposit users. Imagine yourself, if you are to withdraw money from ATM, in front of you there are 10 ppl who are depositing money.. will you go crazy?

nono118... please scroll back up this forum and check.. i did not even call for a sell at 0.18... just that i did not recommend a buy as i think there isn't much of safety margin... i couldn't control the market, I was just trying to value this share and decide if it was a good buy... price can shoot up without much reason, (oh ya, right after that, ColdEye hailed for a buy and said Management indicated 60 sen in 2018.. ).. maybe that helped push up the price, but to me, it was not supported with the corresponding growth RGB is having... from DCF, P/BV and EV/EBIT valuations, it shows that RGB is not undervalued.. that's all... and then came all those pointless accusations on me, from the die-hard supporters (mostly speculators i guess) who barely understand anything on fundamentals.

there is a chain effect that we cannot ignore... with Trump as the new president, USA may impose some tax/duty/levy on some of the commodities being imported into USA... with USA quitting TPPA, it will also limit sales growth to the US. We can see that 43% is significant... without growth on this 43%, Homeriz may not continue its growth record...
