thats y once the DP is launched, ppl will rush to buy such a good location kind of property. So the RM 700m will be reflected to this fy. hence the price now is still cheap before the project is being launched.

most likely they will unveil the DP this year, hence should expect the sales contribute awesomely to this year financial. Besides, ppl will rush to buy the property before the GST, so it should at least move up to RM 1.00 coming to this year end.

based on the trend, kasi wont be in till next mid year. so the price resistance is no longer there, hence it will be easier to push higher for now. with the positive momentum across the property. all these small cap should have a fantastic gain.

if you were to monitor the kasi dumping trend. normally he will start dump one month ahead of the quarterly result. now that the quarterly result is out, he will not dump anymore until the next 6 months. so expect the price to be move up higher after the month end factor. lets hope to break 0.5 then move higher thereafter

if you look back to the trend. kasi dumped a lot during last may and stop for ard 1 yr after that. so this may the trend should continue and he will stop dumping pretty soon. hence we shall expect mkland to shoot up to next TP of 0.8 then 1.00 soon.

well MK Land's total landbank, sprawled over 2,023.4 hectares, are located in the Klang Valley and Perak. once it start utilizing on all the landbank, definitely will shoot up above RM 1.00

well there are series of good news for mkland like disposal of setiawangsa land valued at 96m and Damansara Perdana project which valued at 700m. So it will definitely go higher once its all being announced.
