something is not right with counter. they willing to let margin call because the price hardly move. what happen actually to this counter. even it make profit and turn to become better company still the share price did not move.And it more cheaper then PN17 counter.

They collecting a lot at 0.13. I think they waiting for the correct moment to explode. Possible to go higher with this amount.

The Deal Is Off , what is interesting is that both CNASIA and PDZ had subsequently announced the end of their respective O&G deal and are both linked to TSHS by rumours during the run of their share price. Since CNASIA share price has since fall off the cliff after the announcement, I guess PDZ share price will face some serious selling pressure on coming week. How about another company that actually link to the tycoon, Sumatec. Will the Rights Issue and the acquisition of Buzachi Neft oilfield go through? I certainly hope so for the sake of the shareholders. But if, just if, the deal falls through, then how will it affect the valuation of Sumatec. This is something the shareholders need to think about

PDZ aborts plan to buy 20% stake in Efogen

PETALING JAYA: PDZ Holdings Bhd has cancelled its plan to purchase a 20% stake in Efogen Sdn Bhd.

The company had said the proposed acquisition was its first step towards its plan to grow its present core business in the container liner, shipping and shipping management services business into providing offshore supply vessel services to the oil and gas (O&G) industry.

In an announcement, the shipping company said it had mutually agreed to terminate the conditional share acquisition agreement with the seller, Johany Jaafar, after the timeline for the agreement was extended for three times.

PDZ had signed the conditional agreement on May 14 to acquire the 20% stake in the offshore support vessel provider for RM18mil.

Johany owns 40% in Efogen while the balance stake is held by Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf.

PDZ’s stock closed 0.5 sen higher at 31 sen yesterday, with 32.7 million shares changing hands.
