1. true, it is not possible for proxy votes to be known openly.
sona has won award for strong corporate governance, how can the proxy results leak out? only selected management and secretary will know the proxy votes

2. even if the proxy result is known by now but it constitute how many percent of the total votes/shares? 30%? 50%? 80% of total shares?

we can accept whatever results, but lets wait for the EGM tmrow for the actual results

Other cornerstone and institutionals are voting this through as there is very little downside. PLUS, the warrants that the initial investors still own will climb back up. There is ALL to gain and NOTHING to loose here. Fiamma20 is sleeptalking.

IF i am CS or PA, i will play this game:
1) Create all the uncertainty in the market of QA approval up to today, and buy in large volume of WA at (0.045~0.05). Once QA approve tomorrow.. WA price will go up to ~0.10 based on 0.35 exercise price to be in the money (80-90% return)

2) Mother share to be kept or to be sold: Depends on price of SONA after QA approved. (Anyways they are going to get back the capital repayment ~ 10 ~ 12%) If appreciates, can sell at premium compared to purchase price. However, if price drops to around 0.43 (due to no more support by SC regulation), can still sell at discount however huge earning on WA.....

This definitely sounds like a plan =)
So my guess is it will be a yes from them, and secretly collecting wa...

Needles to say,

when oil price recovered to usd50, sona will be making good profit
