是咯,国人要的是proton,而发展商推出的是Benz,而且这些Benz已经被预定了,但是主人不是拿来自驾,而是把价钱炒高卖给只能负担proton的人驾。

在股票的世界里,什么都可以骗人,但是股息是不会骗人的。
如果Prtasco存心要欺骗小股东,就不会年年派息啦。
赚到钱,就派息,这就是好公司。
我提到的冷眼只是打个比方,价值投资者一定会摸清是非黑白,看上具有价值的公司的。
现在IUKL拥有四千名学生,每个学期都提供稳定的现金流,那么我能够预见未来Prtasco有能力派更高的股息。

I juz found Prtasco is much better than Gadang, coz the former has IUKL, an education arm which has broke even n started to make money.
And then 10 yrs road maintance contract, u know la, Malaysia road here broken there broke, plus more and more cars, more and more mat rempits, means more maintainance lo.
Gadang only got rapid and a few acres of plantation, Gov keeps demanding dividend from Petronas, where got money to do capex.

why there is no independent adviser's opinion on this issue?
The main purpose of this right issue is to acquire property and collect rental, not meant for business expansion.
If i wn to invest in properties, I can invest in Reit n enjoy more than 5% yield instantly, or invest personally, why i need to pay money to Sanichi to do for me?
