@meloas, it's the adjustment for OR. No doubt the coy is having -NTA and in PN4 listing, but this coy's fundamental is getting stronger. U may need to scroll up and take note of Noraini's comments about the fundamental and the oil production could turnover the coy from -NTA to +NTA.

@derrick, it's depends on how u normally trade your share. If u go thru broker then u need to check with him/her, and if thru online banking like maybank share. They will call u and arrange for the subscription submission. Pls bear in mind, the OR will cease quotation on 29 Oct and lastest to submit the subscription on 6 Nov. else, your OR will become rubbish.

@meloas, if u seeking for a medium-long term investment then u may consider this counter as the share px now is considered the lowest.

@derrick, for every single OR subscribe need to pay RM0.175. If subscribe for 1,000 units, then 1,000 x 0.175 = RM175. Of course you need to take into consideration the OR purchase cost, for now it's around 0.085-0.095. Hence, your cost of every share is RM0.175 + RM0.085~0.095 = RM0.26 +/-.

Whoever is interested to grab some OR, here is the info about the warrant. Every 4 right issue shares subscribe will be entited to 1 FREE warrant.

Eventually, you will make a gain from it if the mother's share maintain at 0.3-0.35 as Noraini said, i.e. Mother share - (OR price + Right issue - [Warrant/4]) =0.305 - (0.1+0.175- [0.185/4]) = 0.076 per share.

@johnchong, what if i dispose it between 28-29 oct? Do i still need to pay the RM717.50? sorry, 1st time encouter right issue.

if decided to hold and subscribe the right issue then need to pay the amount on 6 Nov, for e.g 1,000 will have 4,100 OR w 1,025 warrant, 4,100 x RM0.175 = RM717.50. Correct me if i'm wrong.

And what about if i decided to dispose the OR before 6 Nov. Do i need to pay anything? Anyone here can enlighten me a bit, thanks in advance. :)

yes, agreed with @iafx, biz needs time to build. Now, as long as the coy's fundamental is getting stronger then lesser risk. Slowly go stead. Happy Investing guys.
