ii. Listing of up to 120,317,166 new EAH Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants B.

if u looking at the TA, i think it might not be accurate since the management is "changing hand" from old to new....so price may need to stay at the "agreed price" for changing hand.

esegaban......now it's the time to buy it at lower price...to me, px range between 0.25-0.3 is still cheap to buy. Of coz if u r going for long term, else....u need to think twice which is the "lowest" px to enter. However, nobody can tell what's the lowest to enter...so good luck. If u wanna wait for it to exit PN17 then only buy, then mostly likely mid next year. i'm just afraid u might not be able to grab cheap ticket anymore by that time.

Suma has completed the regularisation plan and now just waiting for the profit to be reported in order to exit PN17.

SAPC since its launch has been prepared to dispute the market perception of polarization, some of the experts listed vigorously like a good tool for this that will help boost the Malaysian private equity, corporate restructuring and merger and acquisition activities, while allowing investors at low cost involved in a new business with enormous potential, to obtain good returns.
But many investors are still wary of SPAC with great, because these cash assets of an empty shell companies, just as the dot com bubble era of technology stocks, selling a dream, whether to good asset acquisition is still unknown , and its price (especially vouchers) volatility, speculation strong taste.
