PDZ returned to the black, posting a net profit of RM1.92 million in the 4Q ended June 30, 2014, compared to a net loss of RM10.19 million a year earlier despite a drop in revenue to RM43.81 million from RM47.81 million previously.

Ideal Sun City Holdings Bhd's share price dropped as much as 19.75% or 15.5 sen to 63 sen yesterday after being slapped with an unusual market activity (UMA) query by Bursa Malaysia over the recent spike in price of its shares. In response to the regulator after market close, Ideal Sun City revealed that it is in discussions for an acquisition plan, but details are yet to be finalised, as negotiations are ongoing.
