Agree with ZERO need see SBM, BW.
However armada can’t compare with SBM and BW. Those two are top players in high-end market with significant experiences, technology and track record. Armada far away from there.
Armada successful projects so far only consider TGT, SEPAT and D1. Technology wise only have first turret for D1. All is past.
Bad news start from 2014. Armada Claire is failure project consider significant delay and cost overrun mainly due to problem in refurbish the existing turret.
Although C7 turret mooring system is a copy of D1 on a sister vessel. However, mooring system under design problem will have huge impact.
Kraken massive steel renewal and mooring system under design.
These all cause profit drop start from Q3-13 and continue on Q1, Q2-14. Will see further drop Q3-14.
These problems already affect market confidence on armada.
Madura contact sign delayed. No surprise it end up canceled.
Oil price drop will affect more armada. Not only FPSO, also OSV and T$I sector.
Profit drop plus double the shares. Will reduce EPS and push up P/E.
If consider average P/E of SBM and BW. Armada should drop to below 0.60.
TARGET PRICE : below 0.60

Armada share price at RM4 is peak.
All goods news such profit increase, successful projects TGT, SEPAT, D1 and D1 first in house designed turret mooring system, future projects such as kraken, Eni Angola, Madura and etc. all reflected in price when at RM4.
Now armada can’t deliver same or better as promised.
Profit keep dropping from Q4-13 and conditune drop in Q1 qnd Q2-14.
Projects have problem, delay and cost overrun.

For new comers in this forum, just check my post before 3-Oct-2014.
Be very careful some guys in the forum keep misleading investors to buy armada.
Either they have hidden agenda or they just work for armada. You all know who they are. I no need mention their name here.
Maybe they just ask you to buy and they sell themselves.
If they are misleading by that banker’s research paper and TARGET PRICE, I will pity them.
They all loss huge money now.

This counter is not worth to invest. Extremely high risk. A lot of problem and profit keep drop from Q3-14 and continue to drop Q1-14, Q2-14 no stop. Will drop in Q3-14 and onwards.
