In fact, i am not agreed with plenitude take over nomad. plenitude is poor in managing hotel business. just look at hotel in tanjung bungah, spent 35mil for renovation and reopen in oct 2013, until now is still facing loss.

ksl will announce another 5sen drp after agm on june. previous drp was at rm1.57, it was up 58sen to current rm2.15.

agreed with you. canone really undervalued at 2.57. just 32.9% stake in kianjoo already contribute 2014 revenue 35.9mil, after deduct finance cost of 20.2mil, pbt around 23mil (eps 15sen). it's dairy products contribute a lot in Q4 partly due to usd appreciation. 2015 Q1 will be at least maintain eps 17sen.

Let me show you the data. revenue for 2013Q1=30mil, 2013Q2=34.3mil, 2013Q3=30.6mil, 2013Q4=38.3mil, 2014Q1=35.6mil, 2014Q2=39.5mil, 2014Q3=39.3mil and 2014Q4=43.6mil. Profit(before finance cost+tax) for 2013Q1=18.2mil, 2013Q2=21.1mil, 2013Q3=18.6mil, 2013Q4=19.1mil, 2014Q1=20.8mil, 2014Q2=24.3mil, 2014Q3=22.6mil and 2014Q4=28.1mil (excl. 88.2mil fair value gain). 2013 revenue=137.3mil, profit=77.4mil and 2014 revenue=158mil, profit=95.8mil. last 2 weeks, i went visit ksl city mall, all stores almost fully occupied. i have read an analyst report, ksl's stores rental fee is rm11 psf compare to rm18 psf for city square. ksl got potential to increase the rental fee.

property investment doing very well, revenue from 137mil (2013) to 158mil (2014) and net profit, increase 15% and
profit from 77.4mil (2013) to 92.8mil (2014), increase 20%. ksl's property investment's book value stood at 586mil and the market value about 2bil, really got potential to list in bursa..

Aero1, in fact q1 forex gain 300k due to strong rupiah vs rm that can cover weaken rupiah vs usd. plantation doing excellent with 62.4mil turnover. i think the output of ffb will be getting stronger in quarters coming.

definitely mkh is attractive. at this moment, plantation sector contribute 20% only of the total revenue of mkh. effort to increase the plantation land bank need to carry on.

earo1, your calculation a bit Exaggerated. with 360mt ffb, 22% oer and cpo price at rm2,200/mt, the plantation revenue around rm174mil. from past record, the net margin around 13%, net profit around rm22,6mil. with total share 419.4mil, plantation contribute group's eps around 5-6sen only.

my understanding is the marin is 2 towers 21 storey luxury condo, total of 149 units with 4 units per floor. build up area : 1,750 ~ 3,735 s.f. price range from RM 1,866,930 – 4,416,100. launch date 13 dec 2014 estimate completion date 2018. it may need some time to increase take up rate

It was because some property development still in preliminary stage, that's why its unbilled sales hit 823mil as at 4th quarter 2014. Unbilled sales will be progressively become revenue in coming quarters. one thing have to consider is the ringgit vs rupiah has depreciated from 3705 on 30/09/2014 to current 3567, 3.7%. plantation may has forex gain in next quarter's result

Just cash only worth 1.56 per share, the rest of assets included lank, hotel, inventory, acct receivable worth only 78sen per share (at current price of 2.34). It need to keep for long term to generate profit. I am waiting for it to further down some more to collect.

for me, the latest result is consider ok. hotel business still haven't generate profit. with cash 421.7mil, nta 3.71, retained earning/total equity=73%, latest eps 8.1sen, i am still waiting for plenitude to declare special dividend or bonus issue near future.

i have received circular from canone regarding the acquisition of remaining 20% of f&b. i think this is not a good deal because the vendor who hold this 20% of f&b company, after the acquisition will hold 20.69% of entire canone. according to fye 2014, the vendor's 20% of f&b company only contribute pat 7.22mil to canone, but the pat will become 14.69mil after hold 20.69% of canone.
